Deok means virtue in Korean and a common word used for names. The Left state councilor is a distant relative of bestie HONG Deok Ro as mentioned in their meeting. Deok Ro's younger sister will be revealed in later episodes.

(Cmiiw tho) yeah the king is definitely old and I felt like he was bipolar as well bc he gets so sweet one min and the next he's wildin out. The princesses are so cute I love them and they're so sweet to Deok Im.
