He makes movies like this, parodies and other comedies that are widely regarded as some of the best film comedies out there. He also has a propensity for appearing in his own films and saying, "It's good to be the king." He played the rabbi in this one. Dave Chapelle's joke at the end when they were all saying, "A black sheriff?" and he says, "And why not? It worked in Blazing Saddles" was a reference to another CLASSIC Mel Brooks movie, Blazing Saddles. Spaceballs, Young Frankenstein, Dracula: Dead And Loving It, and The Producers are some of his more popular movies that are ABSOLUTE must watches.
