Patreon isn't really set up for "everyone who has ever given at least three dollars" can have certain access. It only works in Tiers. So, unless we can come up with a better way to distribute the e-book with its bits of bonus material, I'll release it on Oct 1 in the "Keeper" Tier.

P.S. For this first book, I will still honour my promise to send the e-book to anyone who has hit the three dollar level in lifetime donations. That seems fair. I want to give something cool to the people who have been supporting me. This will look work as long as the email address that shows up in your profile is a real email address. (If, for some reason, you don't want me emailing you, let me know before Oct 1)
