Official WT for release 14_0 is ready for download for all Patreons.
In order to use it correctly - make sure your weekday is in sync and you have no third party mod's installed.
Almost all problems that have been reported has been due to third party mods.
I'm not able to help you if a third party mod is installed, sorry.
