This song is so good!! You should also check out Vernon's song "Black Eye". It's got a punk rock feel. He wrote it about a friend who was struggling with depression. I feel like you'll like the lyrics.

Vernon has grown a lot as a producer but one thing that's stayed consistent in all of his tracks is the voice manipulation/autotune, he loves playing around with it !

And it's interesting that you didn't expect him to sing all throughout, I guess being a carat, we just expected right away this kind of sound from him. Tbh as much as he is an incredible rapper, his singing is also very good and sadly quite underrated in the fandom. But imo he has a very beautiful and unique vocal tone that deserves more appreciation
