I was waiting for your reaction to this omg I remember commenting about this 2 or 3x 🤣 I watched solo leveling and could never skip the intro, such a really good song. I really hope you'll get to react to SKZ's Japanese releases, they'll also be having a jp comeback in June (in case you haven't checked their teasers)!

Which brings me to... I actually wanted to write this a bit earlier but got caught up ranting to chatgpt about Patreon’s lack of user-friendly features, lol. But anyway, that’s not the point. As for the song, I think I gravitate more toward this one than the “Come Play” Arcane OST – probably because it’s just louder. I also love the end so much, where Lisa repeats the chorus and Felix drops completely new lines. That kind of layering – it’s intentional, kinda messy, and full of tension – just hit the spot the first time I heard it, and still does. And those last lines from Felix, especially the “provin’ it to Plato, that I won’t go shallow”? They just make me feel so good. It’s something about artists casually dropping names like that, important historical figures, that gives me this almost heavenly feeling.

2025-05-12 20:24:29 +0000 UTCI was so obsessed with Solo Leveling S1 so I was waiting for S2 to come out.. that's why I was even more excited when it was announced that Felix will be featuring on the opening OST for S2. I genuinely love ReAwakeR that's why I never skip the opening when I watch each S2 episodes 💙

Later on he acquires the ability to extract souls of dead beings (awaker) and control them. I believe this is where the title comes from. The whole song is full of references to the anime; and even the MV background is actually similar to a place from the anime.
