We should do this more often.
Even better, we actually DO get to talk about things after because we ironically find new things when we listen without thinking too much. Revisiting songs help as well. And it being a live performance changes things as well.

I want to see so many of their songs live but there are so many (poor Phobia!) that has gotten left behind as they keep coming out with amazing new music and (I'm sure) have SO much more to release! 😭 But whatever songs I see, I'll just be lucky I got Skz tickets at this point. 😅🥹

2024-07-02 19:50:00 +0000 UTCYES! I would have never guessed that a live orchestra and a Stray Kids performance would go so well together. It was amazing! Handsome Sausages - in case you don't know what we're talking about, it was their performance at the Gala des Pièces Jaunes in Paris earlier this year in January. Gala des Pièces Jaunes is an annual charity event in Paris to help hospitalized children. They invite all kinds of performers to their gala, and this year Stray Kids was one of the groups invited. They blew the roof off the place (the thousands of STAYs there were SO LOUD it was unreal, and I think the massive fan presence in the venue that night caught the organizers completely off guard.). SKZ performed three songs - S-Class, Topline and God's Menu (this is where the orchestra came in). Unfortunately, the camera operators concentrated on face closeups, overhead shots and crowd moments, so viewers missed a lot of the actual stage performances. 2024-07-02 18:30:27 +0000 UTCMy issue is: just this morning I tried to make a list of their songs that I would like them to perform live at concert, and then I realised, even if the concert would be 3h, they would not fit… and there are still coming more! How is this even possible for one band? All their songs get even better with dance, because the choreography is so well matched to accentuate the music, that’s rare with other artists. And yes, watching there live performances is so wholesome, even thought the camera capture and the tone quality is often enough crappy / lacking. Like in this case, it is difficult to see the choreo properly, because the angles are bad and the cutting is too fast

2024-07-02 17:49:02 +0000 UTCLive performances are incredible!! The Intro and Megaverse arrangement were so cool and Hall of Fame was the most intense Skz performance I've seen. You guys are so right about live shows—they have a different energy. I haven't seen Stray Kids in person yet (😭), but but you can feel the energy even through a screen. A lot of the songs I love and am most attached to are ones they performed during the Maniac Tour. Seeing so many clips, fancams, and even watching through Beyond Live really changed the way I see the songs they performed there. Concerts are just something else, they’re magical. My dream is for you guys to do a live stream reaction to one of the Beyond Live concert recordings. I know it would be tough since they’re 3-4 hours long, but maybe one day!

2024-07-02 15:32:31 +0000 UTCSeventeen closed the evening and really took the energy SKZ gave to the crowd and road the wave through. Their subunit, BSS, performed earlier that evening and really delivered one of the funniest performances with their maknae, Dino (and close friends with Changbin), pulling a very niche character from their content out to play the “manager” for their fictional trot group. The whole show was well balanced. YB even performed. At first they were there with Le Sserafim but then stayed on after to perform 2 songs of their own.

And totally agree about finding your favorite songs in live performances. Charmer was one of them for me. When I first heard it, I liked it but it was not my favorite. But watching them perform it live is life changing haha.

2024-07-02 14:58:45 +0000 UTCThe energy they had in this performance deserved a better broadcast/recording 😩 the live vocals that had them shouting at the best parts, amazing choreo that they only increasingly went harder on as each song went by, and just them being on stage like that and the crowd being so loud for them gives me goosebumps and butterflies everytime i watch this. Can’t wait to see the rest of the go live reactions!! You guys should make sure to check out their song camp episodes when you get to noeasy and its intro

2024-07-02 14:35:32 +0000 UTCI absolutely cannot wait to watch your reaction to this performance. It is killer. I've noticed that Felix is almost always the intro for performances. Han-C is literally me following along to megaverse 🤣. I loved I.N and Hyunjin's stage fit. Also I.N with a lip ring will be the death of me. Yes my boys were so sweaty here. The final chorus is SO HYPE and I will never forgive the cameraman for not giving Lee know his shine during that part because baby be putting his everything into the final moves. Like he already gives his all throughout the rest of the choreography but that part especially he goes so freaking hard and they never seem to show it on camera and it bothers me so much. That's so very true. My tops from the five star album were definitely item, Hall of Fame and beautiful and I don't think that's ever going to change. It's just the fact that Hall of Fame finally got a performance and it was incredible. Oh yes! Definitely go through the live performances. They have so many great ones. From this performance, Hall of Fame was definitely my favorite. It just gets me so hyped.
