2023-09-26 18:15:25 +0000 UTCMan, I know WOODZ watches reactions sometimes, and I really hope he sees this one. You guys are so keyed in to him. For one, at least three times in different interviews, I’ve seen WOODZ asked how he wants his music to be experienced/perceived, and he’s said “timeless.” That exact word. (Watch MOODZ tell you this on YouTube!). I’ll wanna talk about this more in our monthly—like, the different things that could mean. But for now, let’s just say 🎯 And second, MANY Moodz have Meaningless as a favorite, but I think for the emotional connection and catharsis. They tell CSY the song “saved them.” That matters a lot to him—he carries a sense of responsibility that goes with this—and I actually think it has shaped how and why he creates songs the way he does. however, I think he might be happy to hear you guys love the song for the music and details of the production. I think he would be proud. This really is the first track of his as WOODZ where he was lead producer. (So glad you brought timing context up in your reaction 🙏🏻). Lastly, i guess I didn’t make it clear live clip—sorry! Fallin down on the job again, but y’all figured it out. 👍 Anyway, thanks for this one. 🥲
