You are so valid and as soon as you let go of embarrassment /shame the better you will feel! You’re not weird and you’re not alone! Live your best baby life, crawl around, babble, spin and dance! Literally just being carefree and child like can spark such a happy regression for me-
If drinking out of a bottle makes you feel good, do that! watching cartoons in a diaper with no pants on sounds like fun, do that! this space is FOR you! Don’t worry if you “look silly” or if someone else would judge you. They aren’t there, and they aren’t in ur head. You know what you need!^_^
