They are all sadistic perverts ! The elves use their mastery of both magic and technology to create armies of "punishment knights" who guard the streets of Sadelia. Anybody who commits a crime or is involved in a public dispute will immediately be dealt with ! Their punishment? Immediate public fucking !
Elves are genetically predisposed to sadism so it’s a joy for everyone to see! However, as the elves are a race infamous for their debauchery this type of public humiliation is easily taken and equates to something like a slap on the wrist in human terms.
