I was there during the Gensan leg, which had the biggest recorded attendance in Biniverse—around 8,000 Blooms—since it was held in an open ground. The girls did so well despite everything. Back then, we didn’t have the official lightstick yet, so we used our phone flashlights during songs like Here With You. It was such a beautiful moment; the girls got emotional (and I was crying too lol). We noticed that Jhoanna wasn’t feeling well at the time—her voice was a bit hoarse, and she struggled with some notes during her solo performance (but she still slayed it). When she was missing during the closing set (Pantropiko and DCN), and an ambulance pulled up beside the stage, we knew something had happened. You could see how exhausted and worried the girls were as the concert ended. For me, Biniverse was a really dark time for both BINI and Blooms. The girls were overwhelmed by their sudden rise to fame and overworked with their packed schedules, all while preparing for the concert. The hate comments they were receiving only made things worse (I lost count of how many people I called out for being stupid, lmao). It’s just frustrating how easily people throw hate at them when they’ve been nothing but kind—but I guess the world can be cruel. That said, it became a learning curve for everyone, especially the management. The girls were treated better and given more rest during GBV, and it really showed—the concert was incredible! They looked so happy and completely in their element during their performances. I can’t wait for you to react to it! This ended up long again (lol), but thank you, Cami! 🌸
