Incline DB Press w/ Barbell Front Raise 4x8
DB Seated Press w/ Alt DB Front Raise 4x8
Circuit: Cable Press > High Row > Upright Row 4x8
DB HEAVY Lat Raise 3x8
HIIT on Treadmill (Sprints) 8 rounds, 20 sec on, 20 sec off
