I feel like the show was more a complex romance and that's kind of how they marketed it as well, and the murder aspect was more just the backdrop for these relationships to unfold etc

2023-06-15 04:56:08 +0000 UTCThe reason this show is getting hatred is cuz some ppl hate on any sort of portrayal of elite or rich people at all. Even the bollywood movies that are very well made like "Dil Dhadakne Do" but deal with the life of the rich get hate from the indian audience, wayy before release. Their criticism is definitely not constructive. Also if you want to watch a hindi film I would a 100% suggest "Yeh Jawani Hai Deewani". It just completed 10 years of it's release and is everything you want from a Bollywood film. It would be a different hindi film from like likes of Sardar Udham, Gangs etc you've watched of late
