The letter his ex-wife Stacey had sent him containing the sorceress’ spell explained she was more than willing to let him off the hook for the alimony since he now had a bun in the oven. Stacey told him she was moving to Italy and wished him the best of luck. However, if Mickey wished to negotiate the possibility of a resumption of payment for a reversal spell, she could be reached at the address written on the bottom of the paper or, alternately, he would change back into normal when the kid reached age 19. Mickey gasped in pleasure but, before he could finish reading the letter, his breasts swelled rapidly and a jet of her own milk spurted out, soaking the letter, ruining the ink, and making it illegible.

Interesting how the spell would work there, creating new life or not if it's reversed. Also 19 years of being the opposite gender they might not want to swap back after that time, that'd be most of their adult life and the effect it would have in the child to have their mother become a man.
