Update 059 and Update 060 Preview + Intermission

This is quite unusual but this time I'm posting a teaser for two updates at the same time, kinda weird isn't it. I won't be posting the two at the same time but they will be close.
Update 59 has been long overdue, reason being I momentarily switched to making some "quick" holiday themed illustrations instead for december/january but the main one (middle) didn't turn to be so quick orz. That one is almost done one so I'll pack #60 first. I thought of putting all artworks in the same update but I want to do something more with the halloween pics (better alts. and whatnot) before posting them. I hope it's not so confusing.
Intermission - New Year 2025
A sketch I did for New Year's, so technicaly the first drawing of 2025. Soon to be seen colored?
New year, new monitor! I'll be working on this bad boy from now on, hope it pays off.
(also a teaser of sorts)
Gaming monitors were not my preference before but a lot has changed nowadays and this one comes with great sRGB accuracy out of the box, so switching from my six year old ultrasharp was a breeze, no major color differences on my work. I've always been picky about my monitors, I need to see everything as best as I can so I can make sure I deliver you the best. This one is an OLED (AW2725DF) so I gotta be careful with burn-in of static elements on screen.
It also comes with wide a gamut mode/s as well as the ability to display HDR content, so maybe I can experiment with that in the future. Gotta get with the times!

Ah, good to see so much goodness coming up soon. Also lovely job on the wistful New Year's Eve princess. Is she looking wistful because the holidays are over, or does the new year present changes she's uncertain of? Maybe she's tired too, trying to stay up so late with the adults. Still very pretty and fashionable regardless. Nice teaser, and very nice looking drawing setup. Good that you have a couple of cute little friends keeping you company while you work. BTW Don't worry about your new supervisor. I hear she's a real pussy. ;) Have a great weekend and take care.
