Adding a 3rd winner to the weekly
Added 2022-09-10 00:06:53 +0000 UTCI fugged up the numbers earlier today, so I'm adding a 3rd winner, 3rd pic will be posted next Friday.

3rd winner is: Matsumoto Rangiku (from Bleach) completely turned into a "Big" Housewife, with a large bouffant or beehive hairdo, frumpy & tacky patterned dress, and altered facial features
