Commission Requests / October batch

The forms will be up during September, and I'll start working on the requests next month. The amount of slots will depend on the complexity of each request so I can't tell for sure how many I can take, if you're interested please look into it as soon as you can!
The descriptions include all the info and are self-explanatory so please read carefully, if you have any questions, feel free to DM me in Patreon.
The forms are currently exclusive for Patreon members, so please don't share them outside. Thank you!
