It is a Frustrating Aspect of Clone wars Knowing Palpatine's true intentions and identity haha. A lot of the Jedi Council don't entirely like him or agree with him being Chancellor. But the Jedi are not the Senate and don't really have a say in the Politics of the war, they try not to involve themselves, only serve when needed even if they don't like him. And also unfortunately they have no reason to suspect he's a Sith Lord, the whole Clone wars Conflict has thrown the force out of Balance so most of them can't sense clearly as they used to, Palpatine's that powerful that he can mask his dark presence from the Jedi
