As Curious said, they were annoyed that they've been doing all this work meanwhile the League of Villains have no real motivation but gained so much attention. Re-Destro said killin them will bring attention to the Meta Liberation Army. Mr Skeptic then also mentioned Twice wasnt using his quirk to his full potential so we the Liberation Army can use it we will recruit him. I get how yall figured everything but those were lines I believe yall missed they aren't trying to improve the League they want them gone to and be known as the ones who did away with them.
