When Bojack broke up with Wanda in season 2 he told her "my life was ruined by a network executive like you" in reference to Angela. Blaming others to find from your own wrong doings has always been a fall back for Bojack. I think this meeting was a big step in moving past the lies he tells himself to deny and avoid his wrong doings.
Everyone had a really sweet moment in the end and were important to this7 episode which is impressive. We stan lead singer Judah. Who would've guessed we'd get to see him with his hair down.
Its nice that Diane and PB were able to have that nice, mature, supportive, evenly exchanged conversation. The kind of talk a lot of people wish they could have with an ex that played a huge role in your life. That Texas / abortion line though.... that aged well yet sad and terribly

I just picked that up this rewatch as well! Tbh it does make a lot of sense though, as being a successful LGBT person in the 90's was a tightrope walk for most, and add to the fact she was a woman as well means I don't envy the position she was placed in. Don't get me wrong, what she did was still abhorrant, but I honestly think Bojack should shoulder more of the blame than she does.

Probably over 99% of the people who watched the first time, let it auto skip. It’s fine. The very next episode resolves the issue immediately.

Regarding past episode I think one of the major reasons Bojack is so hated in the AA meeting is because of how quickly and vehemently he threw Sharona under the bus without any proof she said anything. Which she didn't. It is called Alcoholics Anonymous for a reason.

When I watched the first episode last year I didn't see what the fuss was about and didn't watch another for like 2 montha. Then I figured I would continue on since I heard it was so good. By the end of the 1st season I was hooked on this show. Bojack, PC, PB, Todd, and Diane are some of the best written characters I have ever seen. And half of them are animal people. This show is just so damn good.

Bojack is a great capstone on the “troubled male protagonist” era of television. He puts don draper, Walter White and Tony Soprano in a different context. These last few episodes feel like the cap on that era of television that we deserve. Bojack is one of my favorite shows ever, and if evolved out of one I found to be “meh”

One of the most heartbreaking details in this episode is when Angela refers to her "companion" with she/her pronouns, implying that Angela is dating a woman. So not only did Angela fire Herb for being gay, she sold out one of her own to keep her job.

Next episode absolutely do not let the credits auto-skip. I cannot stress this enough.

I really love the scene with Bojack and Angela. When it all comes down, people like to think about what could've been, like, 1 little thing that went wrong and spiraled into everything else, but it was what it was, at any time, any other decision could've been made, but here we are.
