the kiyoshi warriors were mentioned in the comic books but they were not used on kiyoshi island they were actually used to protect zuko which was interesting!

It was a really nice and honest reunion between 3/4 of our Team Avatar 2! They might argue at times but they genuinely love and support each other.

2021-04-24 12:01:54 +0000 UTCThe reason season four isn't called the best season is because it's truly balanced. It's almost more realistic than it is optimistic or pessimistic. Like the theme of the season resonates throughout the plot and pacing, and I think they do that well with all the seasons. Except season 2.

Some people are a little lukewarm on Kuvira I think, but personally I find her to just be a better done version of what Ozai was in ATLA. My only true criticism of Legend of Korra is that we don't get more of it. As you touched upon this episode, there's so much potential for what they could show, but ofc they only have so many episodes and have a new villain every season to set up and vanquish. 2021-04-24 09:22:58 +0000 UTCPeople just tried to compare legend of korra too heavily to the last airbender. Maybe because they expected a true sequel like with the original gang all grown up and dealing with new things and new threats instead of a new avatar completely. Me personally I'm fine with korra and I think it's a good show but the last airbender is definitely more memorable to me. From the rivalry between aang and zuko, zuko's whole battle with himself, cabbage guy, that one guy who foamed at the mouth, and sokka. Bolin is great in his own right but he's no sokka.
