I do enjoy part 3 more than 4 personally but i am an outlier. What is even better news is that i rank part 8 and part 7 to be above all other parts, completely in their own tiers!! Gonna be like 8 years to see part 8 animated tho haha

I think jotaro can move in stopped time bc he can stop time. his ability also extended so at the 9 second mark he used his remaining 'time' to extend his time in the stopped time 'dimension'. but dio's 'time' in this stopped time 'dimension' ran out so he was frozen now. that's my theory lol

if you notice the opening, you can see what happened to them towards the end: kakyoin has all the lines around him for when he did the 20 radius emerald splash, joseph had the diagonal line towards his throat for the knife dio threw, jotaro had the many lines for the many knives dio threw, etc. super subtle x.x
