Episode 113-120 are the finale episodes of the ELF Arc. If you are two weeks ahead. I highly recommend watching episode 115-120 all together in one sitting. Its the perfect experience. Hope you see this

The manga will still be ongoing, the story isn't even 50% complete. They're will also be a huge announcement on the finale episode whether it becomes seasonal(would be amazing) or Black Clover gets a movie
