Yeahhhh, you need to relax. They do read the comments. All of them in fact. No, they don't respond to every comment because they have hundreds of thousands of fans watching. But it's dumb to assume they're ignoring you.

We've tried so hard to remind them of after credit scenes they missed or things they are questioning that they forgot, and we have told them hundreds of times to watch frozen bonds before part 2 but they haven't acknowledged this at all. its pretty annoying hearing them ask questions that are clearly answered in the show

Also, there are two OVAs. Skip OVA 1 since it's mostly fluff. OVA 2 "Frozen Bonds" is Emilia's back story. I highly recommend you watch that.
