I don't think you got that she has in her as much Saul Goodman as Jimmy does. When you say, "that's not her", it actually is. That's what the show has been foreshadowing throughout the entire series, we now come to realize. Sure, they both bring it out of each other, but Gisell, has always loved the cons, and she ran many on her own, without Jimmy's influence. Calling Jimmy down to con the guy who tried hitting on her, getting Huell out of jail, Changing the blueprint for mesa Verde, coming up with the idea to screw out Mesa Verde with the logo. You can only use the excuse of "influence" for so long. At what point are her decisions her own responsibility. Jimmy has already said we aren't good together and for them not to do this. The fact you are still putting her actions and intentions on Jimmy is a bit wild to me....

The sad part is -- whatever they do, Saul is clearly successful because we see him with a ton of money in Breaking Bad. Season 6 is gonna be wild. A friend of mine gave a perfect analogy for Jimmy and Walt. He said Walt is a hurricane and Jimmy is a black hole. One destroys everything he comes into contact with and the other sucks people into it's darkness. They can't help that they do it-- it's just what they do.

Kim is irrationally affected by need for kinship (Jimmy) and justice for the helpless (atonement?) to the point where it costs her job/safety. Framing Howard is her going back to her old road (to reference Mike) of malicious conspiracy. She’s scared about Cartel and hides it behind fake certainty but framing Howard is her fright/flight response. I think Kim either goes to prison or Lalo kills her.
