Subaru is the only one who remembers past events when he dies. Each time it's reset to the point where he wakes up, and since he's the only one who experienced that "timeline" he's the only one who remembers.

2020-06-03 11:27:59 +0000 UTCBeatrice doesn't know about Subaru's Return by Death. When Subaru first woke up in the mansion he found Beatrice in her library and she drained him of his mana. He passed out from that and was taken back to the guest room to recover again. The checkpoint begins after he wakes up for a second time. So Beatrice already knows who Subaru is. Only the twins and Roswall don't know who he is
