Kaha Miniatures: Oroko Rin

I was asked to revisit a concept I painted for them in 2013 and to do a more modern, sleeker version of this oni warrior. This time with a little imori lizard friend that fights along side her.

EDIT: Added 4 rough sketches of the initial concepts before a pose was decided by the client.

2021-03-22 03:24:48 +0000 UTCOf course I remember this piece; wonderful to see it finished. I actually have this Kaha mini and your original production art for it is what sold me on it (that was 2015 iirc). When I finally get around to painting the mini, I'll be sure to use this as the color ref.
