Added 2025-06-09 12:35:03 +0000 UTCI have, since I got back from FWA, been working really hard to finish up “The Blood of Life” for release at Anthrocon. While I’ve not tracked it, this has entailed working something like 30-40 hours a week on top of my day job. I’ve even take some time off from work during this process to work on polishing up the novel. While I’m not 100% sure it’s going to release at he con, things are looking good in that department.
I submitted the files to the printing company last night, and I’m waiting for them to let me if they’ve been accepted them or not. I expect to have to do some adjustments to the cover, so we’ll see how long it takes to get that through the process. In the meantime, I plan to do a final read through of the book and update the interior. Once the cover is approved, updating the interior should be quick and easy, and take a day to process. I’m hoping that by next Monday, the 16th, I’ll be through all this, and I can order stock for the con.
When that is all done, I’ll start on the e-book. I plan to get that up to go so it releases with the softcover and hardcover editions of the book. Pre-orders for “The Blood of Life” will go up after I know everything with the release is solidified.
