Added 2024-09-10 20:52:33 +0000 UTCIt looks like DBZ is mostly winning the poll, by a vote or two. HOWEVER. There are almost 300 episodes and I know that there is a lot of filler and, from what I have been told, a lot of pretty boring episodes which might not lead to interesting reaction content (The filler thing is definitely true, but is the boring bit? I have no idea) So. I'll watch it, but I'll need the people that voted for it to tell me which episodes I can skip. Also, I'll be watching the runner up show as well, because DBZ is gonna take me a LONG time.

Team Four Star is good enough at parodies you don't rteally need to watch the original, since they treanslate everything into a slightly funnier version. Ex. Hellsing abridged as well. You can just jump to the Buu part of Dragon Ball Kai, you miss one filler arc, and that's about it.

2024-09-11 07:55:37 +0000 UTCAny way you watch DBZ it's great imo. The Bruce Faulconer OST being both loved and sometimes cringed at is a bit of meme in the fanbase so I mostly poking a bit of fun at how there were so many dubs of DBZ over time.

2024-09-11 04:58:09 +0000 UTCKai makes everything easier for sure. I'm going to go against the grain and recommend you to watch it in Japanese with English subs though. If you aren't getting the old school DBZ Bruce Faulconer track, why even watch it in English?
