I'm actually not sure if Ainz knew who Evil Eye was here. The background of what's going on in the story right now, which is not extremely obvious in the Anime, is that Albedo and Demiurge are making all of the plans and carrying out all of the tasks that will bring about world domination in the manner which they believe Ainz wants it dominated. Ainz is doing his own thing, determining how this world works and whether any of his friends are here, while also trying to figure out how to be the immortal overlord of life and death. Ainz is not really paying much attention to what Albedo and Demiurge are doing because he knows they're smarter than him and will handle it better than he could. While they in turn believe that he knows everything there is to know and is only waiting for them to guess his intentions and get it right.
