New tier created "Affiliate"

Remember that current partners and those who signed up this month to this tier will not have access to the benefit for the next month, so they can decide whether to cancel their current subscription or move up to that higher level in order to access the benefit.
Due to the removal of the benefit and to balance things, partners now have access to a 15% discount on any type of purchase, from commissions, ychs and auctions^^.
