Princess Hannah of the Jade Harem CH 22

Hannah and Umtha flew through the sky, watching the trees of Quinny's forest pass underneath. The meeting between Gwen and the masters had gone better than she ever expected, and things had begun to change. The harem was now the ruling authority in the land, with Hannah and Frank at the center of it all. They were drawing up a crest for the knighthood that would protect the harem, and Gwen would formally announce the harem's place in her court.
The best moment had been Frank's face when he learned that Gwen was Annasara. Judging by how he lurched up and the shock in his eyes, he had been planning to bed her. Hannah wanted to ask him all about it, but as the meeting progressed, other matters came to the surface. It was clear that Gwen's power was growing, and as such, her court needed to include the other significant players in her region. Lydia, the mysterious vampire woman Hannah had met long ago on her journeys, now lived in the forests north of Gwen's castle. She and the man named Finneous, who was technically Hannah's father, needed to be told of these changes. They also needed to be informed that they were to meet with Gwen to formally join the new court.
Jaina and Evalynn were chosen to track down Finneous and tell him, while Hannah and Umtha would go to Lydia. Hannah wondered why her mother didn't use magic or teleport to the two, but Gwen insisted they go themselves. So now they were aloft, soaring like angels of darkness with their long tails trailing behind.
“When is Evalynn going to expand the Lovewood into Quinny’s forest?” Umtha asked as she looked down.
“Tomorrow, I think,” Hannah replied. “She meant to do it sooner, but Mother opened a pass in the mountains north of the Lovewood, and they expanded that way first.”
“Frank told me they wanted the goblins to spread through the mountains,” Umtha added. “I suppose we could build something in the mountain areas, provided we don't come close to the dragon.”
Hannah agreed with that sentiment as the strange and reclusive dragon that called Jaina its mate also lived in the mountains. It seemed perfectly content to be left alone, and Hannah agreed it should remain that way. Still, he was the power behind the strange magical tattoos that adorned Hannah's back. He also seemed to know something about her mysterious past and the devastation she had caused. He was a logical place to go if she wanted to learn more, but she had hesitated to face him.
“He’s much further east than your area,” Hannah replied. “Even if you covered the mountains for miles, you would still be well away from him.”
Umtha smiled and flew up, twisting for the joy of flying before leveling off. Hannah loved to see the goblin woman so happy, especially considering how terrible her life had been. In a past incarnation of Hannah, the goblins and she had formed a pack. Both wanted to escape New Eden and began working on a plan to do just that. When word of the goblin's aid reached the wrong ears, it sparked what the players called the great goblin wars. It was years of fighting, by all accounts, that didn't exactly favor the players. During this time of chaos, King Kevin, the dragon slayer, supposedly broke something so vital to Hannah that it drove her mad. The goblins concocted a plan to restore this thing and built a massive machine of magic and technomancy. They then launched a savage campaign of war and violence against the North, streaming through the lands by the tens of thousands.
They converged on the desert where the machine lay hidden after a suspicion that one of Hannah's allies had betrayed the machine's location to Kevin. The rumor turned out to be true, and an army of war mages descended on the remote mountain in the center of the desert. Nobody knows for sure what happened, but one thing can't be denied. When that machine exploded, it turned the desert around it for miles into thick, hard glass. It was so dense that people sailed boats known as glass cutters across it, sailing the glass like the sea.
The explosion decimated the goblins and caused most to reset to level one. Now devoid of their strength, they were no match for players who hunted them mercilessly. Then something incredibly strange happened, and the visitors intervened against the goblins. They were cursed with an inability to speak clearly, their words coming out in Broken English no matter how hard they tried to speak plainly. It was as if they were punishing the goblins for daring to try to help Hannah escape. Only by reaching a high level and evolving could they regain their ability to speak clearly again.
Hannah met Umtha while still under that curse and found the woman's manner of speaking maddening. However, Umtha had managed to evolve into a high goblin and could speak now. She had also ceased to be a short green creature with an elongated nose and droopy ears. Now, she was just as tall and curvy as Hannah. She still had the goblin ears and green skin, but they were smooth and attractive. She had a bright smile on a slender face framed by long, dark green hair. It all created a startlingly beautiful woman with a quirky charm and endearing innocence.
Still, that time of being unable to tell Hannah how she felt or communicate her true needs had left a mark on the poor woman's heart. It was good to see her laughing and enjoying life once again.
Umtha swooped down and rejoined Hannah, smiling brightly as she made a kissing face. Hannah returned the kiss, and the two banked away, heading for the village that marked Idris's undead adventure. It came into view a short while later, and Hannah marveled at how it had changed. She was sure this was a true-to-life medieval village straight out of ancient history.
Idris was another strange woman who chose to play an undead-worshiping priestess. She was as close to a necromancer as one could get, which had proven to be her downfall. Thanks to the chaos around Hannah's past, the necromancer class was hated and outlawed. No player was allowed to be a necromancer after the dark class discovered a way to kill players permanently. Now, they were hunted down before they reached any significant level and forced to reset to play something else.
Idris not only played the class, but she looked the part. She picked a race known as a kalemite that had ghost-white skin and bony ridges on her head. She looked like a freshly dead corpse and summoned undead to do her bidding, which was enough for most players to persecute her. When Roric found her, she was living in a shell of the adventure she wanted to build, never having enough levels to make it the way she wanted. Roric aided her, and in reward, she gave him a night of passion but woke the next morning in a chastity belt. It was meant to be a fun game, forcing her to choose to chase after Roric or go to Rajeen. They expected her to be in the belt for no more than two days as she headed to the tiger woman's harem. It turned out she went after Roric and, in a series of unfortunate incidents, spent weeks locked in the belt. Thankfully, she found her way to them with the aid of the little pseudo-dragon Zillix, who had become her unofficial master. In a moment of great relief, the belt was finally removed, and Idris made love for the rest of the night.
Hannah felt tense as she thought about that belt. During her time with it on, Idris has sucked Zillix's cock a hundred times. Now the little creature was fond of having a chastity slave to suck his cock and longed for another. He proposed the idea to the others that Hannah could wear the belt for him and spend her days sucking his dragon cock. The idea was refused, and the harem asked for a volunteer instead, but none stepped forward. Zillix would have to go without his chastity slave, but Hannah often tried to imagine would it would be like. She was rather fond of sucking cock, to be honest, and loved the taste of cum. If she had her way, every man she made love to would orgasm exclusively in her mouth anyway. She hadn't shared the decadent thought with anyone, but she wondered, could she put that belt on? She let the silly thought go as it wasn't her decision anyway. Her masters would decide if she wore the belt, and they had already said no.
The village passed away, and they followed the road leading into Lydia's little part of their empire. The road went miles to the west before hitting a range of low hills as the base of more mountains. It wound and twisted through dense arboreal forests, crawling with Lydia's pets. Hannah had never visited it, but she expected wolves, bats, maybe giant spiders, and lots of undead. Somewhere in the forest was the woman's sole town set at the base of a large hill on which would perch her castle. Hannah wondered what it would look like as they soared across the sky, admiring the forest from above.
The two played, chasing one another as they laughed and followed the road. Eventually, they spotted what appeared to be a wagon on the outskirts of a remote graveyard. Hannah suggested they land in the lonely spot that looked right out of a horror movie. They touched down on the narrow brick lane between rows and rows of ancient-looking gravestones.
“Now doesn’t this look familiar?” Hannah laughed.
“Is this the exact same graveyard she had before?” Umtha asked as she pointed to the large temple-like structure in the middle. “That's where we had the battle with the paladins.”
“And you unleashed the goblin army that got half the north convinced a second goblin war was starting,” Hannah added.
“I was only trying to help,” Umtha said. “We still had the egg with us and had to keep it safe at all costs.”
“Hmm,” Hannah replied, using her tail to hook Umtha's. “Come along, my little pet,” she said, using the tail to lead her. “I want to look inside.”
Umtha smiled and followed as Hannah ignored the possibility that undead horrors waited and boldly walked into the temple. It was an empty, unused building whose walls were bare of iconography as if somebody had made an effort to purge them. Smashed pews littered the floor, as did fallen stone from the crumbling roof. A few dark shapes hid in the shadows beyond that Hannah identified as ghouls.
“Well, we should have expected that,” Hannah said as she looked around from the doorway. “Do you think that mausoleum is exactly where it was behind the building?”
“It probably is,” Umtha agreed as the ghouls did not approach them. Hannah smiled at the vile creatures and blew them a kiss before departing to see what was behind the building. The roadway was lined with more graves, some with names, others stripped bare with age. It always amazed Hannah how buildings made a day ago could be made to look as if they had been standing for a thousand years.
They rounded the structure, walking barefoot through grave mist without a care. They were sure zombies and other unsavory things were watching but paid it no mind. What they wanted to see was a large marble mausoleum at the back, and sure enough, it was exactly where they last saw it. Hannah stood outside the structure and shook her head. Lydia must have recreated the graveyard from a template when she moved here, and everything remained the same.
“I can’t believe she didn’t change anything,” Hannah remarked as they stared into the open door. “I bet the secret door is still there.”
“And the back tunnel to the mountains probably is, too,” Umtha added.
“Well, I guess he had better things to spend her points on,” Hannah assumed and turned to walk back. “At least we know we're close; the graveyard was only a few miles outside of town the last time.”
“Will we be spending the night again?” Umtha teased to remind her of the last disastrous visit and the dinner party.
“Unless Lydia's serving pizza, we are just here to deliver the message,” Hannah said when a loud, angry groan filled the air. Umtha jumped back as Hannah poked her stomach, commanding it to be quiet.
“I thought you fed that before we left,” Umtha said.
“I did, but mentioning pizza always seems to trigger it,” Hannah said as she patted her stomach to soothe the angry beast. “There, there, I will get you some pizza as soon as I can.” It groaned one final time, then settled down, allowing them to proceed. Hannah flared her wings and took to the air with Umtha right behind. They returned to following the road, expecting to see the old village exactly as it had been before.
“At least this has changed,” Hannah said when the first thing that came into view was a small farm with wooden rail fencing and a freshly cut hay field. The farmhouse and barns looked old, with white mud walls and wooden crossbeams. It was something you would expect to see out of a storybook of old Europe with its wooden slat roof that sagged in the middle.
Beyond the farm, houses began to appear, marking the edge of a haphazard and sprawling town. Its streets were cobble made from a dark, glassy stone. The buildings were all wooden and stone, with white plaster and yellowed windows. Everything had stout oaken shutters to keep out the dangers of the night, but many windows had bars anyway. The streets had some people shuffling about as they went about their business under the watchful eye of their master.
“She made it bigger,” Umtha said as they landed in a village square, causing the people to react with a start.
“Monsters!” a woman screamed as she pointed a finger.
“Somebody fetch Father Vanarious!” another shouted. “Devils have come to Shadowbrook!”
“Are they supposed to be afraid of us?” Umtha asked as the square emptied of screaming villagers.
“Umm,” Hannah began as she looked around. “Usually, the mostly naked sex devil girl thing tends to make them more friendly.” She studied the landscape and wondered why they couldn't see the castle or distant hills. Lydia had put the town well away from the mountains, or perhaps she had two villages?
“So what do we do now?” Umtha asked as they looked around to see people peeking around corners.
“I guess we ask for directions,” Hannah said, leading the way down the street with her wings folded tightly. She held Umtha's hand as doors were slammed and shutters closed in their path as people peered out of cracks cautiously. “Or maybe we don’t,” she growled as they reached an intersection. “Hello!” she called loudly. “We just wanted to ask for directions.”
“The only direction we will give you is the way back to hell, foul devils!” a man yelled. Hannah turned in surprise to see a tall man with a slender frame dressed in black with a red line painted down the side. He held what appeared to be a circle crossed by lightning bolts in one hand. His face was bearded and heavily creased, with intense dark eyes that started in anger at the girls.
“Oh, good, somebody to talk to,” Hannah said as she ignored his irritation.
“Do we have to talk to him?” Umtha asked as she hid behind Hannah, pulling her tail in tight.
“Begone foul monsters!” the man declared. “Burn in the light of Celtos, the father of storms!”
Hannah felt her skin tingle, and the air filled with a glowing radiance. She realized the man was some kind of priest calling on holy power to drive them away. His power was weak, but she began to feel the pain, so she raised a hand with two burning fingers pointed up.
“That's enough of that,” Hannah remarked as the man's holy symbol burst into flames, causing him to hurl it down as it burned his hand.
“Foul devil, you cannot defy the power of the light!” the man cried as he shook his wounded hand.
“You’re probably right,” Hannah said as she stepped closer. “But we really just want to know where we can find Lydia. Do you think you could point the way?”
“The countess will not see creatures of darkness!” the man spat.
“Oh, what does count?” Umtha asked as she peeked around Heather.
Heather giggled and patted the clueless goblin before saying she would explain it later. She then turned to the man and asked him to point the way again, and he laughed.
“The lady of light will banish you back to the burning pits,” he shouted angrily.
“The lady of light?” Hannah laughed. “Are we talking about the same Lydia?”
“Do not speak her holy name,” the man roared, and Hannah realized this wouldn't work. The man was programmed to be an annoyance and praise his goddess, Lydia, the vampire. If she wanted information, she was going to have to beat it out of him, or…..
Hannah smiled and turned her blazing eyes on him as she chewed her lower lip.
[lvl 1 Succubus skill: seductive smile] Smiling at a target causes the target to become aroused and feel a great need for affection. The target will become focused on the succubus, but if the target loses sight of her will feel amorous to any person around them they are attracted to. The effect lasts 15 minutes. The target must be close enough to see the smile clearly. Only affects one creature above animal intelligence. Boosting this skill with 10 points allows it to have a limited area of effect, arousing all who see the smile.
All at once, his demeanor changed as Hannah strutted toward him, rolling her hips as she swished her tail, her eyes never leaving his.
[lvl 4 Succubus skill: Sultry steps] Select a single target and begin walking in a sultry way, swaying your hips suggestively. The target must save vs willpower or become enthralled by your display while also lowering their willpower. Bonus to success chance if directly approaching them.
The man's voice faltered as Hannah closed on him, her smile growing wider. He was fighting her power, trying to resist, but she knew how to break that weak will. She waved her hand before his eyes, wiping away that rage and giving her a chance to touch the fleshy nature inside. For extra measure, she boosted the power with essence, pushing his opinion of her to a more level stance.
[lvl 7 Succubus skill: Sway opinion] With the bat of an eye or the flick of a hand, you can sway someone's opinion of you positively or negatively. This change isn’t a full change of attitude, only a slight shift in the direction you desire. Additional uses of this power can be used to push a target further, but openly hostile targets or those already in combat are not affected. The effect lasts one hour.
“Now, are you sure you don’t know the way?” Hannah asked as she leaned into his chest and danced her fingers up his stomach. “I could make it very rewarding for you.”
“You are a creature of darkness,” the man stuttered.
“Are you sure?” Hannah asked. “Maybe you should look again.”
[lvl 11 Succubus skill: Innocent love] The succubus can appear angelic and innocent, a wounded creature in need of love. Targets who see this display feel compelled to help her, even going so far as to attempt rescues, provided any danger isn't lethal. Targets will always help with food, water, shelter, or just loving attention, anything to help the poor, innocent creature. They will even share information provided they do not feel a strong need to protect that information. Such as a promise or vow to keep it a secret.
“You, you are so beautiful,” he gasped. “Your light rivals the countess.”
“There, now that wasn't so hard,” Hannah said as her hand reached low, feeling his groin. He shuddered under her touch as she felt the mass swelling inside. Hannah burned with the fire of lust and tension as she wondered how far she should take this. Already, she had done more than she believed she ever would. This power of seduction was so intoxicating, and having a man lost to her power made her so hungry. There were flashes of something else, an echo from the past, as Hannah felt a power calling her to go on. Her mind was swimming as she struggled to hold on to the purpose of her seduction.
“Where is Lydia?” Hannah whispered as her hand rubbed.
“Five miles north, up the stone road,” the man replied as he pointed, his body shaking in her grasp.
“Wow, this really is easy,” Hannah laughed. “No wonder Jaina loves being a seductress.” She sighed and pulled her hand away, leaving the man pleading for more. There was no point in continuing, and she didn’t have her master's permission to play. As much as the lust implored her to go on, she wouldn’t have sex unless one of her masters approved of it.
“My love, why did you stop?” he asked.
“Oh, we can’t do it here,” Hannah said as she flashed another seductive smile. “Run home and get the bed ready for me. I will meet you there to finish our love.”
The man smiled and stepped back before running down the street to prepare for the sex he was never going to see.
“You know, I almost feel cruel leaving him like that,” Hannah said.
“That was amazing,” Umtha laughed. “You made him your puppet.”
“Hmm,” Hannah said as she took her dark angel's hand. “Well, let's go find the lady of light, shall we?”
Umtha nodded, and they took off, flying in the direction the man had pointed. They discovered a thin road that wound across the countryside, eventually leading into the distant hills. Hannah finally spotted the castle perched on a large hill, its imposing walls adorned with banners of white flowers.
“Who does she think she’s kidding?” Hannah laughed as they flew over the walls and landed in a courtyard within. Hannah and Umtha strode up to a massive door and promptly knocked with bare knuckles.
Hannah waited as her foot tapped in annoyance. She wondered if they should fly to a balcony and walk in, but she didn't want to breach decorum just yet.
“Hello?” Hannah called. “Lydia, are you home?”
A peel of thunder echoed across the sky as dark clouds spontaneously began to gather. In moments, the entire castle was bathed in a protective layer of darkness, denying it the light the lady was known for. The door then creaked open, and a lone woman stepped out, her dark hair and red eyes dancing as they met Hannah's
. Her face was pale but innocent-looking despite the smile that curled her red lips. Her hair was tied in a long rope that fell to her back and was tied with a jeweled cord. She wore a flowing white shirt and dark leather pants as she cocked one hip and smiled.
“Well, well, if it isn’t the devil of temptation come to claim me at last,” Lydia said mockingly. “I hope you brought a whip.”
“It's good to see you, too,” Hannah replied as she folded her arms.
“Goodness, you’ve changed,” Lydia laughed. “What happened to the sweet blond woman who was so undyingly loyal to her boyfriend?”
“I married him and his three girlfriends,” Hannah replied sourly. “Or I am going to marry the others in just over a week. I assume you are going to be at the wedding.”
“You do realize that I can’t come out in the sunlight?” Lydia asked. “So unless you’re having a midnight ceremony, I doubt I will be in attendance.”
“Oh, I thought you were the lady of light,” Hannah taunted.
“I see you stopped in the village,” Lydia frowned. “So what brings the Slave princess to my humble abode?”
“I am under orders from Mom,” Hannah replied. “Can we come in?”
“Of course,” Lydia said and threw the door open, beckoning them to step inside. Hannah and Umtha entered a lovely grand hall with an arched ceiling that soared up. Marble pillars framed walls of artwork, and thick red rugs covered the floors.
Lydia bid them to follow so they might find more comfort in the library and took them down the hall, the tall windows flashing with distant lightning.
“So I assume the storm was to protect you from the sun,” Hannah said.
“Yes,” Lydia replied. “I don’t often get guests in broad daylight.”
“Your villagers have a high opinion of you,” Hannah commented. “I found them very unfriendly to their princess.”
“I set them to be superstitious and overly religious,” Lydia replied. “If you had appeared as the blond, they wouldn't have batted an eye. You do realize you look like devils.”
“Sex devils,” Umtha corrected as Lydia laughed and took them to a door.
“I can't believe you became this,” Lydia said as she led them into a plush room of couches and fine tables. The walls were covered with shelves full of books that towered so high they could only be reached by ladders. Hannah took a seat as Lydia sat across from them and smiled in delight. “So, what made you decide to take a life of decadence?”
“I found my true calling,” Hannah replied as she put an arm around Umtha. “And I needed a break from the stress. I am sure you have heard about my little speech.”
“Oh, where you admitted you were a necromancer,” Lydia nodded. “Word of that spread pretty fast. I heard about it the same day, in fact.”
“Well, that was only the beginning,” Hannah remarked. “But during all the chaos, I got to experiment with the collar, and I discovered I loved it. I asked Frank to be my master, and he was against it at first but eventually said yes.”
“And now you're a harem girl to that tiger woman,” Lydia said. “Rumor is your fucking other men.”
“Umm, sort of,” Hannah said with a deep blush. “But only because Frank says I have to.”
“Oh, so you are a sex slave,” Lydia said as her eyes lit up. “Any chance you're here to serve?”
“Yes, as in, I am here to deliver the message I was ordered to bring,” Hannah countered. She then told Lydia about the new power in the Jade harem and the order of knights that would protect it. She also explained Gwen's new court and her desire to see Lydia as a part of it. As such, she was to present herself to Gwen soon so they could discuss it. Lydia seemed surprised Hannah was willing to share power with these others and asked why she wanted to be a sex slave. Hannah toyed with the answer but settled on a simple truth. She loved obeying Frank and the terrible tension his commands caused inside her. She admitted to making love to Roric, Drellis, and the stranger in the temple.
“You serve in the temple as a whore?” Lydia gasped.
“I do,” Hannah replied, looking at the woman with a raised brow.
“So, if I were to go to the temple at night?” Lydia asked as she leaned forward with a wicked smile.
Hannah felt her blood heat up as she saw where this was going. Lydia was literally asking if Hannah would make love to her if they met in the temple. She did her best to hold her composure and admitted that if she were there that night, she would offer Lydia all the comfort she desired. The vampire looked delighted to hear it and smiled with her fangs barred.
“So, this Jade Harem is going to be the center of power in your region,” Lydia said with a nod. “I will make adjustments to all my NPCs to recognize harem members as allies.”
“Good,” Hannah said as she welcomed the change in topic. “You will be welcome in the jade temple, of course. Oh, and the palace.”
“Do I get to play with the harem?” Lydia pressed.
“No,” Hannah countered. “Unless you're a master or have special permission, the girls are hands-off.”
“Aww,” Lydia laughed. “I will have to settle for the boys then.”
Hannah felt the first real twinge of jealousy as an image of Lydia in Frank’s arms haunted her mind. For that matter, her being in Roric’s arms haunted her just as much as she considered both boys to belong to their little group.
“The boys have plenty of girls,” Hannah countered.
“Over fifty of them if you want to count them,” Umtha added.
“Why would I want to count them?” Lydia asked.
“We heard you liked to count,” Umtha replied innocently.
“What?” Lydia asked as Hannah patted Umtha’s knee.
“It's nothing,” Hannah said with a smile, pushing the conversation along.
“So the boys only play with the harem girls?” Lydia pressed.
“Well, no,” Hannah growled, finding herself in a bad situation. She was forced to admit that the boys could make love to any woman they wished, if she was in the harem or not. Now, the image of her men making love to Lydia burned in her mind as the vampire woman delighted in the tension. Hannah did her best to let the image go as she really had no cause to be upset. She chose to be a sex slave and accepted the terms of the relationship. Besides, she had made love to the druid several times, so she could hardly be upset at Frank or Roric going outside the harem.
“You seem tense,” Lydia pressed, obviously enjoying the moment.
“They can do whatever they want,” Hannah snapped. “If they want to bed you, so be it.”
“Oh, you are tense,” Lydia said as she sat back. “Well, you can relax. I am only playing with you, and after what happened the last time we met, I doubt your husband will be so open. But you,” she paused as her smile returned. “I wouldn't mind sinking my fangs into that tender flesh.”
“She's going to eat you,” Umtha warned, tugging Hannah's arm to pull her to safety.
“I have no doubt she wants to,” Hannah said as she stood up, taking Umtha with her. “We have delivered our message. I see no reason to sit here and let you plan your next meal.”
“I am just playing with you,” Lydia sighed. “Don’t you remember the bit of dinner theater we did last time?”
“I do recall the performance you and the others put in,” Hannah replied. “While you were luring us to our doom.”
“I already apologized for that, and I will say it again. I am very sorry for what I did. I honestly felt I had no choice,” Lydia grumbled.
Hannah sighed and relented her stance before walking to Lydia to take a hand. “Listen, if you do want to come to the temple, I won’t turn you away.”
“That's very sweet of you,” Lydia replied, looking her up and down. “I may take you up on that offer.”
Hannah nodded, and they departed, heading home on leathery wings. The message had been delivered, and the change set in motion to make the Jade Harem the true power in her kingdom. Now, Hannah looked forward to some quiet time with her family, especially her husband. With a smile, she spread her wings wide and turned a roll, enjoying her flight. Soon, she would be in his arms, and they would make love all through the night.
