Small Episode Delay This Week
Added 2017-09-11 20:35:35 +0000 UTCHey guys - so last week was pretty nuts - it started with my birthday, continued with the multi-day production of Basics with Babish, and ended in a personal emergency. Everything's okay, but the combination of all three hit me pretty hard, and I was left unable to produce an episode this weekend. I'm back on my feet and shooting today, and am going to make every effort to post on time at 9AM tomorrow, but just wanted to give you guys the heads-up that there may be a small delay of a few hours or until Wednesday morning.
I'm excited to say that this is gonna be a fun one though: Szechuan Sauce Revisited! The lucky recipient of a bottle of real, honest-to-god Szechuan Sauce was kind enough to lend me a sample of his winnings, and I'm using it to try and recreate the sauce as accurately as possible for you to make yourself at home. I'll also be trying my hand at recreating Chicken McNuggets, just for the hell of it! I hope you guys enjoy! Thank you so much in advance for your patience this week.
