Wow, I would say you have some amazing motivation. I'm doing my best but I could be doing better. I'm going to double down now that I'm feeling so much mentally better.

Totally get it man!! I'm 38yo now, am on Keto Die, OMAD and 30min cardio exercise and it worked for the first time in my life too and lost 6kg over a month, and continuously too! I do like being fat and big, but like you said, weight, and my trigger and motivation are friends around my age died of heart attack and cancer, one even have to bring forward their wedding for almost a year as her in-law recently got diagnosed with cancer too. So that's the real truth, I don't want to go through what my dad did, he thought was so freaking healthy forever in his 60s, but his drinking, smoking and getting pot belly and fat, eventually did him in with brain aneurism few years ago. On top of that my main reason is also my slip disc issues, which I had 2 relapses so far all due to weight, unfortunately. You mentioned gout, I am also scared of that as my friends many thin and fat alike gets it and its so painful I can see and affect their active lifestyle. One friend in fact was so bad he eventually got wheelchaired and immobile, his gout was so bad it affected all four limbs. SO YEAH MAN let's be healthy and stay fit man!! I'm making myself accountable too by showing my own exercise and spreading the real health benefits of a reasonable diet and exercising daily on my own FB.com/teelip channel. YOU ARE TRULY INSPIRING MAN!

FYI IM NOT A FITNESS COAH (I MISS MY Cigarettes and BEER & MEATS ...pause LOL) check out the herbs that can speed up your progress........diets are boring and the foods suck but find a few healthy snacks you can eat in between the boring meals..........and get 5ive strawberry flood gum and chew that when youre not supposed to be eating......................eventually youll enjoy finding out how easy it can be to stay healthy once you get there and your mood and health will be at a climax.......also ashwaghanda LITERALLY makes your body produce its own endorphines to relieve stress (without those crazy side effects like your face falling off if you stop taking them LOL) and trust me or research it, it works.....i took it too increase my libido, and found out that it does more for mood (and technically im a faithful pessimist & introvert) i take that herb and im more unbothered by everything........i genuinely care BOUT YOUR HEALTH, YOUR LIFE & FAMILY and everybody has depression, it comes and goes. when it gets there holla at ya boy!
