Rivencliff - Chapter 1 Overview

Here an updated view of what's happening in Chapter 1 and the status of the "inventory" needed to get those scenes produced.
Shadow NPCs refer to untextured, black characters I am going to use for crowds and background characters.
I'll post an updated roadmap later today.
