i might...

change slightly how I'm uploading the PSDs of my pieces! Feel free to let me know if this would somehow ruin the whole thing for you but, as part of my process, when I finish working on a piece in SAI (meaning I line, color, shade, put the background layers/s on) I then save the image as a .png and move it over into photoshop, and in photoshop because it actually has a gradient tool, I usually add a soft light gradient over the piece for, i dunno, cohesion and because I like how it looks, and I also add a light noise filter for some texture.

It would be... WAY faster for me to upload the PSDs of pieces I like if I could upload the versions of them from before the photoshopping (so there would be no gradient or noise filter) on the PSD file (but it WOULD of course be there on the high-res png). I generally go through my PSDs and flatten them, add the noise filter, and then re-add the gradient as its own layer when making PSDs to upload here because I didn't want there to be confusion as to why something looks different in photoshop or sai... ALSO luminosity layers don't translate well to photoshop from sai so if you've ever noticed a slight difference in lighting that's why >.>; I try to avoid luminosity layers for that reason as well.

Anyway I think I might try that? <:') I don't know who's checking out the PSDs at this point if anyone anyway but y'all can let me know if skipping over those last two steps is frustrating and you want them back!

I think it is perfectly fine to add the PSD's without the photoshop filters c:
