The Vanguard Papers: Leaked accounting records and regulatory filings

One of you asked for copies of the leaked accounting records and regulatory filings that I referred to in The DC Short II.

DemocracyCraft regulators have since alleged that Vanguard has made misrepresentations in its financial statements, which may include the attached files
