Yeah, it's up to you how you approach the 14-parter. FYI, the arc has five distinct movements, which can be shorten to four if you want to combine the first two movements. So, you would split and watch the arc like this: 1-3-3-3-4, or 4-3-3-4. It's a heavy load, and I don't know if it would be a good idea to split them up any further. I suppose watching the recaps will be a must if you have to stop midway due to your health or general mood. Again, it's up to you.
As for the movies, there's a reason why I asked. I imagine someone has probably told you of this by now, but if not, I figured I would give you a heads up.
As you're probably aware, the movies are generally not canon, meaning they have no relation or ties with the main manga plot, aside from a few characters or elements the author later decided to integrate with the manga (Inspector Shiratori [Santos in the dub] from Movie 1, and Richard's shooting skills from Movie 2). However, that is seemingly not the case anymore with the recent films. Besides the usual action-packed scenes and whatnot, there is now the occasional moment that does directly tie-in with the manga, or at the very least, references something from the manga that hasn't occurred yet in the anime. I watched Movie 18 the other day, as my absolute favorite character (it's not Heiji or even Haibara, but they're runner-ups) has their movie debut, and this one has that moment. A rather giant moment in terms of its release date in relation to where the anime was at at the time. So, it seems like Movie 18 is the earliest film to have this creative decision. If it's not, then I imagine either Movie 13 or 14 was the first to do this. I am going to marathon the rest of the movies soon to be sure. Either way, I think you should be fine with watching Movie 10 now.
To wrap up this little essay, I did find a website ages ago that chronicles the important episodes of Detective Conan, as well as when one should watch the movies. I'm not going to link it since, not only does it actually skip like 100 canon episodes, but it also spoils which elements/characters appear in a given episode (Heiji, Kaito Kid, surprise BO appearance, etc.). When you upload the next movie, I'll comment when you can watch the remaining movies as they're listed in order to greatly minimize spoilers, so that you can keep note.
Other than that, best of luck with Detective Conan.

As others have mentioned, Hondou is Eisuke's surname. The particulars of "Hondou" are explored in a future episode, so don't look it up just yet lol and for what it's worth, the episode structure of this four-parter does become (or already is) a trend of sorts for future BO multi-parters, where a seemingly unrelated case starts things off then unravels from there. It's just setup for the actual encounters. I can offer a way on how you should watch Clash of Red and Black if you want, considering it's a 14-parter lol It pretty much follows the same structure as this one, as well as the Black Impact special (EP 425).
Concerning another matter, I do have a question for you: How are you determining when to watch the movies? Are you following a list somewhere or just going off from what subscribers say? It's kinda important
