i hope you are well! i have a preview of a course for you again today, and i would love to collect feedback from you. Sketching with Code is about how to create your individual sketchbook on your hard drive that will allow you to find all your ideas at a later time. This will also help you remove some really big obstacles and give your sketching process a clean structure.

Hi Nico, this is indeed an issue, since large data-folders bloat your file-system with unnecessary files. thanks for pointing me to this problem. Will add a lesson on this topic. Short answer for your project: Just put your files to a folder you create on the same level as your sketches. And then use relative paths to load your files from there. 2023-05-07 09:31:13 +0000 UTCGreat idea! It would be nice to add a solution for the multiple copies of the data folder when iterating. Working with huge resolution and big video files, I currently have to make some kind of curation to avoid similar copies for each sketch. :-)
