Grid Systems Q&A ☀️ / Website improvements 🛠

Hi folks! ✌️
I'm in Kassel right now and today I'm giving a workshop for music visualization, based on my Bach project. This fits perfectly, because I want to publish the course form follows music this month and so I am gathering some experience here to push the development of the course.
I would like to thank those who filled out my last survey, because I could see that the course form follows music is very important to some of you. Your feedback is infinitely valuable to me, because it totally helps me stay on track and incorporate your needs into my planning. So again: Thank you for that!

Next week: Grid Systems Q&A ☀️
You probably all noticed that I published the Grid Systems course last week. I'd love to discuss the course with you, get your questions answered, and get some feedback here as well. Besides, it's always wonderful to meet some of you or see familiar faces, so next Thursday we're having an online meetup on Discord: The Grid Systems Q&A! I would like to invite all of you to this.
What? Grid Systems Q&A When? Next Thursday ( September 22nd 2022) 7pm ( CET ) Where? In the #letsmeet channel on our Discord

Website improvements: Page "Join" 🛠
I have been working intensively on the website for the last few weeks. Until a while ago there was no subpage explaining what you actually get when you join Patreon. Now, with the help of my copywriter and consultant Lara, I've put up a page explaining what timrodenbroeker.de actually is and what you get when you join my Patreon. You can check it out here. there will be some text changes in the future, but I wanted to show you the page anyway. It is only visible in the navigation when you are not logged in. Again, I can really appreciate your feedback. Oh, and thanks to everyone who submitted a testimonial! 🙏

Website improvements: A new, linear course-overview
I also radically changed the course overview. On the previous grid-based view, it wasn't really clear that all of my courses, at least those in the Processing curriculum, consistently build on each other. Creative Coding Essentials is followed by Bauhaus Coding Workshop, then comes The Third Dimension, then Mastering the For-Loop, and so on. One of the reasons my courses take so long to develop is that I'm extremely careful to make sure it's a logically connected chain of courses where one element builds on top of each other. Hopefully with the new view, that will become a little clearer.

If you have any ideas on how I can make this better, feel free to write me, comment, or post something in the feedback channel on Discord.

trcc as a community-driven design studio?
It's really crazy how many inquiries I'm getting right now. I'm in contact with companies that we all know and that I never thought I'd have to deal with. I even have two of you on board as freelancers for two projects that are going to happen this year, which I find awesome. Who knows, maybe in the future we can work more often with community members collaboratively on projects.
That's it for this week.
I hope to see you at the Grid Systems Q&A on Thursday! 🔥
All the best, enjoy coding!
