Hey Anitra - since you're pretty intrigued by the shabu shabu - the boys were actually cooking the meat and veg in a light soup stock. It's not plain water lol. So the longer they cook stuff in the soup the tastier it will be. I love shabu shabu especially on a cold rainy day
