Within moments, he's holding and comforting you. The bad dream is over, he says. You're safe now. He's right, of course... and yet your heart is absolutely racing.
CW: In this episode, the speaker character comforts the listener character who is awakened by a nightmare. He cuddles and reassures them, then encourages the listener character to release their anxiety through breathing and 'grounding exercises.' After some gentle teasing and flirting, he offers to comfort and relax the listener character with sex. I find that quite a few nightmare audios in the audio rp space tend to fall into the trope of “I dreamt about losing you” which is nice in its own right but not very helpful after an actual nightmare that’s utterly unrelated. I've always been scared of sleeping because up until pretty recently any time I closed my eyes I would have horrible nightmares. I avoided watching anything scary growing up because I thought it would just make them worse, but I found out when I got to college and watched a few with friends that nothing Hollywood put out had anything on my dreams. Even as a child. No clue where it all came from either. I got used to sleeping am hour, maybe two, every other day or so. All through elementary, middle, and high school. I have a very hate hate relationship with sleep lol ANYWAY, I've never had anyone to wake up to comfort me, so this is perfect :) Thank you 💜

Instead, I will focus on the ones that had the most impact for me personally. 1. Overall, it was comforting, safe, playful, and sexy. (This is one of my favorite blends.) Once again you have taken such good care of us mentally and emotionally, then whip us into a frenzy physically. 2. When you say, "I've got you," I felt a little lump in my throat.
