Haunted Orphanage - 32x32

You know... I love extravagance as much as I love clichés. To be honest, I have a morbid attachment to some classics. The haunted orphanage is one of them.
Obviously, for adventurers, a set of tokens with Matron and Children could not be missing ... And why not, a ghost version of them! Aka More NPCs!
About the map:
Today, I present to you a building distributed over two floors, with cramped rooms and an ambiguous atmosphere.
I won't tell you the story behind this map, but instead, I want to leave you with some questions:
- Why are all the windows on the north courtyard covered with curtains?
- Why is there a stable even though there is no access to the rear which is passable by a carriage?
- What is the dark and empty room in the courtyard for?
