Hey there! Interested in commissioning me? Here's the run down of how it works! I will have slots available on the date and time specified at the top. To claim a slot, follow the steps below:
- Send Shy a message once the commission slots are open. It's first come first serve so it's best to be quick!
- Those who message in time will receive a link to a Commission Form on a google form format. You will be required to fill out said form to get a quote, and prices will be listed on the form and in the picture on this post. Failure to submit the form by 10am (EDT) the next day will result in Shy moving on to the next available commissioner.
- Once your form is submitted, Shy will review your idea and determine a quote. A quote will be sent, along with a breakdown of the price, and once approved Shy will make up an invoice. Payments are made before the drawing process begins, and are done through PayPal. Please make sure when submitting your form, to add the email associated with your Paypal account to make the process easier and faster for both parties.
- When the payment is accepted and approved, you will be put into queue and given a slot#. Shy will notify you when your next in line, and when she is ready to start your commission
If for whatever reason Shy is unable to do your commission, a refund will be made to the buyer. Once commissions are posted however, no refund will be made as the commission will be considered completed.
Any issues or concerns with the piece should be made during the commission process. To avoid too many issues, Shy generally will send the sketch, line art, and colored version of your commission prior to posting. No changes will be made once the piece is posted.
