Galatea

Pygmalion sculpts a statue so perfect he fall in love with it. Day after day he takes offerings to the temple of Aphrodite, secretly praying to the Goddess that he may meet a woman who looks just like his sculpture. Aphrodite takes pity on him and breathes life into his statue. Pygmalion marries his living statue, Galatea.
PHOTO: Cali and I were having a fun photo session; coming up with different creative ways to shoot her beautiful figure. We decided to reverse the myth of Pygmalion and Galatea. We turned her soft curvaceous body into a stone statue.
