He was with him the entire tour but was brought out on stage that day. He used to be a main vocalist for HISTORY a group that debuted months before BTS but sadly he quit because he said he couldn’t sing anymore. That’s when Suga came in and gave him a shot at something new.

lol you realize that they’re human right ? There are absolutely some performances where they’ve had to lip sync… they’re human. They always try to sing live… but ppl get sick, burnt out, just have bad days.. and yes may have to lip sync here or there and not just a background vocal … especially for the ones who don’t sing all the time. Let’s not be those ppl. They do as much as possible live… but he did so many concerts.. it’s only normal that at some points we aren’t just hearing him live. Even if you go back and watch the performance of burn it with jungkook… yoongi had a huge vocal crack there… it happens… it was the end of his tour… he even mentioned it… but if you watch official video of that performance now… there’s no vocal crack bc it was edited out. Nothing wrong with that… but they’re human… not even they can be perfect 100% of the time

I watched the concert live in Thailand and I was on VIP section. To see someone from BTS and my Bias as well, the experience was really unforgettable. The energy, the songs and Suga himself, just wow! Also, on the encore concert on the first day the guest was JK and they sang Burn It and JK performed Seven. On the second day, it was Jimin and they performed Tony Montana and Jimin also performed his solo song. I have watched Hobi's concert as well and have not seen Jin due to limited country that he went throught 😭 hoping for the concert next year. Also, regarding on the tattoo, that is the only time Yoongi showed it. He's teasing ARMYs about the location of his tattoo because other members already uploaded it on the IGs.

Do you how hard it was for him to close that door at the end? All the emotions from that performance were in anticipation of walking through that door and pulling it shut. Knowing that would be the last time he would be on stage in any capacity for the next 2-3 years, as he was getting ready to serve in the military along with his brothers. No music for 2-3 years. Wondering what’s in store for all of them in the military and will it all still be there when they return? Emotional turmoil. It was never more real than what we all witnessed. "Interlude: Shadow" is Yoongi's solo song from BTS's album Map of the Soul: 7 which explores Carl Jung's psychological theories; one of them being the shadow self. That's why he's having an internal dialogue facing his inner shadow. It is my favorite song from Suga and I highly suggest watching the music video with the lyrics. For this song, lyric videos should be fine although I prefer you guys read the official video's translated captions because sometimes the lyric videos don't do them well.

I was in the Chicago shows and that venue was even smaller — it was intense! He sings live with backtrack, but when he raps, it’s live live and no backtrack. Please watch the ones with JK and Jimin 🙏🏼. They guested in different days. JK first for ‘Burn it’ and Jimin for ‘Tony Montana’. RM was last with ‘Strange’. See what he did there? B-T-S. Although Strange was my favorite, both JK and Jimin’s were equally amazing! Tony Montana was very highly anticipated because they performed this years ago and it was a big hit then. Jimin changed up the lyrics to his verse to fit his own story. Hope on the stage next. Hobi is also such a strong performer and his stages are also elite. Not as dark as Yoongi’s but equally entertaining! And thank you. This reaction was exactly what I expected. Yoongi is still one of my favorite live performers. I hope he tours again soon. Maybe after BTS’ world tour 🥲

I noticed that you guys liked Moonlight and his emotional Dear My Friend. They’re all in his D2 mixtape from 2022 which is my favourite. This mixtape also has Strange with RM and the original Set Me Free. When the guys do another song of the same title, irrespective of the person who made it whether the group or just a member they will add pt2. Airplane pt2 original was Airplane by JHope. We are bulletproof pt2 the original was an unofficial song produced by RM. It was released in 2010 by the band’s original formation which featured RM, Supreme Boi and IRON. And as you already know Jimin has a song called Set Me Free pt2. Fun fact: Jimin has a tattoo on his right rib cage which says “Never Mind” 💜

I see the D Day concert as the dual side of Jhope’s Hope on the Stage concert. They’re both two peas in a pod really lol A fun fact about this show: throughout the concert, bits and pieces of the main stage for Yoongi were being taken apart and removed completely so when you get towards the end of the concert, it’s this desolated scattered, but kind of just like this beautiful space that represents his inner core. He’s a person who at his core is so soulfully intertwined with music and he left only that small standing space to be elevated to show both how while he loves the stage and performing, he stripped it all away and only focus on himself. It also allows the audience to focus on just him and nothing else. Because at the end of his life, all the music he’s made and his memories are left behind in this world and he will just move forward with himself. So think of the stage as his soul really. and comparatively to J-Hope’s stage for hope on the stage: his stage was always constantly changing and evolving and moving, because J-Hope is such an artist that evolves both his music and styles so much. So he’s not just stuck in one box. His concert showed the multifaceted nature of Hoseok. His stage kept shifting and it was like divided into blocks to kept changing from high to low, to different colors It’s really beautiful to see how you guys loved this concert. I sadly missed Yoongi’s show but I got to see Hobi”s and I hope you guys get to see the group when they come!💜

I was there at the New York show Day 2. It was honestly the best day of my life. His show was phenomenal. I was on the floor, like 10 rows back. It felt so surreal seeing Suga there right in front of me. I can only imagine what it'll be like for BTS. That being said, I agree with Charlie. For this specific concert and some others I re-watch my videos all the time. Just takes me back to that day. Plus the adrenaline flowing you almost forget everything immediately after.

First - Suga is a very very talented pianist. and second - BTS has one number-one rule: No lip-syncing - they respect their ARMY that much. they just move their mouth away from the mic. What they do have, openly and without any shame, is a BACKING TRACK. It’s always mixed at a much lower volume and therefore easy to identify. Using a backing track is very common, for several reasons: 1. The crazy choreo... and the simple human need for oxygen now and then. 2. The acoustic conditions, especially in round arenas and stadiums - without a backing track, the massive reverb can make the sound horribly echoey or empty. 3. It helps keep the “flow” consistent in the listeners’ ears. What isn’t common among artists, both from the East and the West, is what BTS do all the time: They let the ARMY easily notice when they’re actually singing and when they’re taking a breath, laughing, goofing around, or just relaxing for a second - by not moving their mouths and letting the much quieter backing track take over for a short while. They are the only artists I’ve personally noticed doing this consistently. JK, Jimin, and Suga sometimes even make it very obvious in a funny way. By the way, there have been occasions in the past when they performed on various Korean TV channels and had to use lipsync - but only because of the channel’s demands. (Some channels looked down on them or didn’t want to take the risk of artists insisting on singing live. Those fools didn’t know who they were dealing with.) Even in those situations, BTS insisted that only some of the members would have their microphones turned off - NEVER all of them.

I absolutely loved watching this with you guys! Getting to experience this again was amazing. I absolutely cried so hard when I watched this online live in the very early morning hours lol. As you saw Yoongi's music lays it all out there, he doesn't sugar coat anything. Most of the things he talks about in his songs have happened to him. Which is why so many people can relate to his songs. The reason the crowd lost it when he showed us his 7 tattoo was because that was the first time he ever revealed it. All the other members had already showed us their 7s and Yoongi was the last one, and it being on his shoulder he had surgery on makes it even more emotional. Also him walking through that door at the end only happened at this concert, the final day. It really showed how he was finally able to overcome everything and move forward. He was free from all the noise inside his head. Unlike how he couldn't in the Amygdala MV Another thing I think you all would really enjoy his documentary on Disney+ called Road to D-Day it'll help you to further get to know him better. 💜

It's so good to know that you enjoyed it, I always say that the rap line is the soul of BTS, I mean without a doubt all the boys are extremely talented but RM Suga and Jhope have guided the group musically and have given the band an unmistakable character, even when they don't rap, it's great that this time you could see Suga shine, it's important for you to know that DDay is not just a tour with an interesting concept, it's actually a journey through which Suga shares with us his path to healing his traumas and wounds. I think something very special about the show was the fact that the stage is slowly dismantled as the show progresses until it is in a small square at the same level as the audience and at the end with his exit through that door he is actually giving us a powerful message, he has finally healed. In the 28 shows of the tour there was no door, he just left the stage in a normal way, the door appears in the last show as a reference in the amygdala MV in which we see Suga wanting to escape from his traumas symbolized in a dark room from which he cannot escape in Dday tour we accompany Suga to make peace with himself and heal, it is truly beautiful and for those of us who saw it at that moment incredible. Anyway, great reaction guys, great concert, thank you.

BEST REACTION EVER!!! Loved experiencing that journey with you guys. I saw D-DAY three times—all three LA shows—and I came home a changed human. I rescued an abandoned dog the next weekend, a dream I always had for myself, and overall I just decided to stop waiting for small pieces to fall into place and instead take concrete steps to actualize my dreams. I walked out of those shows with the realization that my life was better, fuller than the theoretical life I dreamt up as a child. Concert FYIs - did you notice pieces of the stage was taken away towards the end of the concert? The door at the end was the door in the Amygdala MV that he couldn’t get to or walk through… but at the end of the concert, he was able to walk through it. Such an amazing show, I’m so sad I didn’t get to witness this in person… but I cried during Dear My Friend. Suga who is usually strong, being vulnerable in this way just breaks your heart.

Great reaction guys! Loved it so much. I just wanted to point out a few stuff, and clarify some as well. He wasn’t actually lip singing, throughout the concert he’s using backing tracks and two other people doing background vocals. It’s pretty common in concerts to enhance live performances by adding complex instrumentation, or sound effects that can help create a full, studio-quality sound, especially for heavy shows. For this particular concert, he was sick (that’s why he was carrying around tea with lemon), and the reason for all the little breaks between singing; but yoongi is a beast regardless The “thumbs up” sign he kept doing it’s more like his way to let the crowd know the energy they were giving was over the top. More like he’s saying “you guys are doing a good job” and he would do it for every concert. The “DJ guy” is known as El capitxn. He’s a long time friend and colleague of yoongi; music husband as we all like to joke sometimes, since they worked together on everything that makes up the Agust D trilogy. I would love to see you guys check out his suchiwta episode! This particular concert was so emotional. From the clips of the boys together, to the tattoo reveal… it was such an amazing experience. I’ve always admired the raw emotion he shows, specially when signing about personal challenges. Yoongi is truly one in a lifetime performer, born to be on stage (This message was longer than expected 😭)

I was at the first concert of the tour here in new york. It was always a dream that if AGUST D did a solo tour, I would go. I love his music and it was incredible! Incredible!!!! I went to the first show of the concert, I didn't know the setlist but when the songs came on, I freaked out each time and lost my voice. I know a little bit of Korean from listening to it so much but whenever he would tell us to scream, I would just scream my head off because I saw my bias in person for the first time. Suga (Yoongi) is soooo underrated and he is one of my biases for a reason! I also loveeee his version of Life Goes On for this specific reason cause he shows off his vocals! there's also another recording of this concert (I think also on that persons patreon) where Jimin performs Tony Montana with Suga and Jungkook performs Burn with him as well! Apparently I’m going to comment way too much on this one, but Suga is my bias and I can’t help it. I’m so glad you guys finally got to experience the full legend that is SUGA. He makes an effort to give the central focus to the other members during group concerts, because that’s just how he is. But this tour gave us all a chance to see him step out to the front and show what he’s really all about. And it was fucking incredible to see live. I didn’t see this show specifically, I saw him in Chicago. But I was just two people behind the barricade, and I’m not even exaggerating when I say it was life-changing. Guys, I want to share some notes regarding Suga's concert🥰 : - Suga sang all the songs during the concert live, no lip-syncing, only backing tracks. The same goes for BTS concerts. However, group or solo concerts, BTS members sing all their songs live, with only backing tracks. - Suga's guitar is signed by all the BTS members and contains notes of support for Suga's concert. - Suga's final concert lasted three days. The first day a guest star is Jung Kook, the second day is Jimin, and the third day is RM. - "People Pt. 2" is a collaboration between Suga and IU. Suga wrote and produced the song. By the way, Suga and IU have two songs together: "People Pt. 2" and "Eight". Suga also produced "Eight." - "Life Goes On" comes in two versions: the BTS version and the Agust D version. - Suga gave a thumbs up as a token of appreciation to ARMYs who sang well throughout the concert. The ARMYs even rapped. 🤣 If you guys noticed, in a moment, Suga gave the staff a signal to turn up the volume because he could barely hear the sound in his earphones, Army was singing louder🫶🏻 - Suga started crying during the snooze song because he suddenly remembered flashbacks of his struggles with BTS members from their debut to the peak of their careers today. - Suga showed his 7 tattoo at the final concert, and it became iconic. Because before the military service, all BTS members had announced where their 7 tattoos were, but Suga didn't, he hid it for a long time. So the Army had to guess🤣. - During Suga's concert, Suga would only take Army's "SAMSUNG" brand phones because he is a Samsung ambassador 🤣. Oh yeah, Suga also collaborated with Samsung to create a Samsung music song, titled "OVER THE HORIZON" - The man who does DJ is El-Capitxn. He's Suga's best friend and currently works with him at Hybe as a producer. El-Capitxn has also been involved in producing BTS songs. Thanks guys💜

You need to find videos of the other two shows from the encore final. Like RM came out and performed Strange with Suga and then performed his own song, the first day Jungkook came out and performed Burn It with Suga and then performed Seven, and the second day Jimin came out and performed Tony Montana with Suga and then performed Like Crazy. Both are amazing, but I think the Jimin performance of Tony Montana will destroy you. Rapping Jimin is a whole other entity.

The ending was so significant too. In every other concert of that tour, after The Last was over, he just immediately walked off stage, no ending remarks or anything. But this one, not only did he stay and give his final farewells, but the door is supposed to be the same door from the Amygdala video. The room he was trapped in with all of those negative emotions. But now he was able to open the door and walk through it, symbolizing leaving all that hardship and negativity behind him.

I even went to 6 of Suga's concerts: Singapore, Bangkok, Indonesia, New York, Japan, and the final concert in Seoul. Although at each location, I only managed to get tickets for 1 day of the 3 concerts. Suga was amazing, I remember ARMY around me singging, rapping and crying happily throughout the concert. Guys, thank you for giving so much love to Suga. The Dday tour is a masterpiece, Suga's concert is the first solo concert of a member. I still remember when Big Hit first announced the Dday tour, when Suga was doing a live with ARMY on Weverse😭🫶🏻. Suga also said that he was afraid that his concert tickets would not be sold out, so he chose an arena instead of a stadium. But in the end, he regretted choosing an arena because he should have chosen a bigger place. FYI, Suga's tickets for 3 days were sold out in just a few minutes😭. Even ARMY who didn't get tickets cried and gathered outside the venue to enliven the concert. I've said before, if you think Suga's concert is only about rap. Thank you for this reaction!!! Fun D-Day concert facts: The band leader/guitarist is actually Yoongi’s guitar teacher, who is the brother of actress Park Shin-Hye. Yoongi put the band together himself and this band has also performed alongside other members for their solo performances and concerts as well! Adora and June, the chorus members, have contributed background vocals for BTS and Yoongi, but are also talented soloists! Adora was an in-house producer for Bighit for awhile before she went solo. June was signed to Planetarium records as an r&b soloist and was part of a crew called PLT for a few years. He recently came out of military service and is already working in new music and performances. One of my fave June songs is called “Anywhere” which is a fun song. EL CAPITXN IS A KING!! Please watch the Suchwita episode in which he is a guest of. He has his own label now but he was an idol turned in house producer for Bighit for years, he’s one of the producers behind Ddaeng among many of BTS’s hits. He has an incredible amount of producing credits and has been on small tours here and there. I really think you should watch his episode for sure! He credits Yoongi for helping him come out of a career saving slump. Lastly, IU, who is the QUEEN who sang Love Wins All that has Tae acting in the MV, worked with Yoongi in many occasions and is the vocals behind People Pt 2. Okay I think that’s what I can remember 🤣🤣

He was the second member I noticed Jin being the one that caught my attention 1st and pulled me in. I noticed him more and was so intrigued because I was wondering why this adorably cute little rapper is so quiet. In a candid moment, Suga revealed that Jungkook had recorded a guide version of the song, and he found himself torn between featuring Jungkook or IU. I'm always amazed at how incredible this last concert was! Anyone who followed the entire D-Day tour knows how special that last day was: him finally showing off his "7" tattoo, staying on stage after "The Last” song, and walking through that door. I got goosebumps and cried again. Thank you, Suga, Agust D, and Min Yoongi. You are amazing! I miss you 😭💜

Also wanted to point out that Seb noticing a lot of things on thr stage towards the end is not bc there were things ON the stage but rather the stage was GONE and u were seeing everything thats usually under the stage lol. He did that on purpose. If you pay attention he starts with a full stage and it starts getting deconstructed as the concert goes on until thats all thats left.

Now you know why we always ask for more reactions to Suga’s music—he’s a true genius. Suga often stays in the background, and for many people discovering BTS, he’s usually the last member they become a fan of. But once you experience his music, there’s no turning back. It happened to me too—I was a Jungkook bias at first, but when I got to know Suga’s music, his songs and lyrics touched me deeply, both as a fan and as a person. Since then, he’s been my bias. So happy you guys watched the Suga's concert !He is just amazing! Her are a few things you might need to know about it though. His voice was actually hoarse due to him being sick at the time. If you watch his first concerts you will notice the difference. But i feel like it just added to his badass aura. But it is also the reason why he sometime let the playback kick in more than usual. And yes, he can actually sing too! Another thing... the female artist you heard in back of people pt 2 was IU. You watched her MV with V. He was also very emotional that day due to it being the last concert, his pending military enlistment, his memories flooding back over the past decade. I recommend watching the Sushwita episode with El Capitan. He is not just one of his best friends but also the DJ you saw in the back.They also talk about this concert as well as they musical careers and frienship. You wont regret watching it!

The stage was being stripped away throughout the concert and at the end he was on the ground level with the fans that’s why there’s all the lighting and everything in his way. All his layers have been stripped away and showing/revealing to you all himself, just like the stage has been.

Also, if a BTS member has a mic to their mouth, they are singing. They do not fake it. They do not "lip sync." They do have backing tracks, and sometimes they let it take a small section, but when they do that, the mic is DOWN. If it's up, they are singing/rapping. You can clearly hear the difference between when they let a backing track take something, and when they are doing it - it's considerably louder when they sing it. There were several times when you said SUGA was "lip syncing," when he was not. Sometimes there was a backing track, but he was ALSO singing - you can hear it if you pay attention. Also, re: the song "Huh?" (you think you know about me, this is your wanna be life") has a j-hope feature on it, and I LOVE that feature. I hope to see them perform it together someday.

You guys should DEFINITELY react to moonlight lyrics!!! There’s so many Suga/Agust D songs that you have yet to hear youve only seen the tip of the iceberg before this concert. Also recommend looking at lyrics for The Last. Also I would love if you rewinded when you missed lyrics or didnt really understand the song. I think we would rather you go back and really go into their lyrics than just a one time listen and guess. Especially with yoongi because he speaks about so many important and relatable issues. I was able to see his first two shows in NY and it was beyond phenomenal. If you are able to, I suggest seeing any of their shows at least twice. The first time you're just taking it all in and the second you can really understand the deeper meaning behind every decision. I could go on forever about the story SUGA is telling not only through the concert, but also through his whole discography. He's constantly examining himself through his music and we get to hear his inner most thoughts, struggles, and triumphs. You'll notice with the stage, it slowly is removed throughout the concert until he's at eye level with everyone, slowly peeling away parts of himself. I remember watching this last concert live at 4am (time difference) and feeling so emotional. I have NEVER seen an artist put themselves so much into a moment of art, I was crying too because he was so vulnerable. I don't expect that level of vulnerability from anyone! I screamed when he revealed his tattoo (ARMY had been speculating for months since all the other boys shared theirs) so it was a cute little nod to our inside joke. And if you go back through his trilogy (Daechwita, Haegum, and Amygdala) the symbolism of him walking through the door at the end is so powerful. In his previous concerts, he just walked off after the last song. Walking through the door meant he was in a good place and came to terms with Min Yoongi, Agust D, and SUGA. LAYERS! I TELL YOU LAYERS! Anyway, there's my rant. TL:DR He's a spectacular human being and a genius artist.

Being alive in the same lifetime as Yoongi feels like a blessing. Went and watched DDAY live twice and tuned it to every single livestream, none of it ever felt like enough. Yoongi shared his soul, pain, growth and fire in every song and in return gave so many of us healing and helped us feel seen! Rewatching this still brings back every emotion, joy, heartbreak and pride for Yoongi. And the “7” tattoo reveal after all the teasing was a wild moment that day! Suga is so smart and loves BTS so much that the last three shows in Seoul featured the members: Day 1: JK singing "Burn It" with Suga - letter B Day 2: Jimin singing "Tony Montana" with Suga - letter T Day 3: RM singing "Strange" with Suga - letter S In other words, he brought three members to sing songs that the acrostic formed BTS! Until this day, the entire fandom was desperate to know where Suga's "7" tattoo was. He wouldn't reveal it. That day, he showed his shoulder, near his surgery scar, the BTS friendship tattoo, with the "excuse" that it was too hot... hence the huge audience reaction at that moment! The exit through the door that he couldn't open in Amydala was very emotional, showing that he overcame this past and that the future will be better!!!!

Oh, and here is something you might not know. If you observe Yoongi in concerts, and just before they go on stage, when the boys put their hands together in a circle and do their cheer, you will OFTEN (because there are times he forgets) see Yoongi looking away. He once said that the day that he will face forward with the members when they do their cheer is when BTS does their very last concert.

Your best reaction to a BTS member's concert yet. Yoongi is my bias wrecker. I love his mind, I love his music. He is amazing because he’s real. He doesn’t try to hide who he is, and he speaks honestly about struggles like mental health, which gives people comfort and courage. He’s also an incredible songwriter, and producer—he creates music that touches hearts and inspires people all over the world. On top of that, he’s hardworking, thoughtful. He's a member of BTS who simply enjoy working behind the scene. He does not crave attention so in most cases people do not realize how an amazing performer and singer he is. I love my Yoongi. J Hope and Jin were enlisted at this point, they managed to get a day off to be in the public, but while enlisted they were not allowed to perform unfortunately, that's why J Hope didn't go on stage like you expected for "Huh". I'm sure other mentioned too, but for these encore concerts (3 concerts), and also for some concerts in his tour, all BTS members were in the public at some point, they all do that. For the previous 2 encore concerts , he had as guests on stage Jk and Jimin, the same way RM was on the third day.

Okay, I don't know if anyone else ever explained this for you, but "the difference between freedom and self-indulgence" refers to the idea some people that to have freedom means being able to do whatever you want. He's basically saying "understand that doing whatever you want can also just be "self-indulgence" - it can trample on other people when you take freedom too far...and that's when it steps over the line into self-indulgence. A good example would be Seb making a joke at the expense of Charlie...about "self-indulgence." Maybe he has the freedom to do so, but if it affects Charlie in a negative way to do so, then it's probably more like "self-indulgence" than "freedom".

Just want to add some context: - For over a year, Suga wouldn’t tell us where his 7 tattoo was. All the other members showed photos of theirs, but Suga always teased us about it. That’s why everyone went feral when he showed the tattoo on his shoulder (the same shoulder he hurt and had surgery on) - the other nights of the concert had a very different ending. After fully deconstructing the stage, he performs on the floor of the arena. When he yelled the final, “shit!” In The Last, the house lights would come up and he’d walk off super quickly. A complete breaking of the spell. This last concert, he is able to go through the locked door from the amygdala video. - Min Yoongi, genius.

I had the blessing to see Yoongi live during this tour and it was an indescribable experience. Absolutely favorite concert to date, the passion and emotion he brings on stage is incredible. The Final shows were also something else!! Hope you check out the Day 1 and 2 sets with Jimin and Jungkook!! And El Capitxn's Suchwita episode too! It's the very last episode, so it also works as a closing chapter to Yoongi's solo activities literally days before military.

Okay, I finished it. I want to say again that we're not gatekeeping. You guys have a tremendous variety of content you are doing: mvs, RunBTS, Bon Voyage, etc. Some of us have had years to either catch or experience in real time. I hope you get to take some time to just savor what they ALL bring. Also, when you see some frustrated comments it can be because it does seem that you've overlooked some members at times. There were literal days when the lyrics got me to the next one. I do not say that lightly. SUGA has been through it, studied it, faced it, survived it. At the same time, he's helped others. And RM, Jin, j-hope, Jimin, Tae and JK have all had a lot and done a lot for me, too. That's why I'm passionate about him and BTS. For so many days. And I hope you watch j-hope's actual concert one day. Hobipalooza was just a taste of the show he crafted.

I watched this in LA day 2, mother's day. My husband was deployed and my sis watched my kids for me... All of the individual concerts are so different, and them live together makes your heart full. I'm fortunate to have seen PTD LA d4 and PTD LV d2 in person, as well as Hobi and Jin in LA... With Suga's Dday, some moments I just teared up and didn't even notice that I had tears rolling down my cheeks from feeling so much while watching and listening to him. J-hope's was a total banger, full of energy and so much fun. I smiled so much and sang even though I can't really sing... Jin's was just so comforting and laughter and smiles all around, like hanging out with your best friends playing games and laughing your heads off. These 7 young men are so special. They heal things they didn't break. They make us feel seen and heard even though they don't know us personally. They find us when we need them the most. Amazing guys tysm for this 💜 Gonna point out that every BTS concert has had that movie piece — Hobi had his, Jin had the games + movie, even BTS Intermission had it too. It’s just normal in K-pop. Doesn’t mean Yoongi’s wasn’t special though — his D-Day film fit perfectly with his storyline and made the whole thing feel extra powerful. Each member just puts their own spin on the tradition.

This is how BTS concerts are, they get wild at times but also there is always, emotion, passion, they give it there all every single time, i believe you've only watched Hoseoks lollapalooza stage performances and not his concerts, so they are very different. All BTS concerts include the clips between sets, they may look a bit out of place but they fit with the concepts and past BTS concepts, for example Yoongi's, played very into the BTS storyline, and made multiple BTS Universe references with the Y.K lighter which is a reference to his and Jungkook's relationship in their storyline, which i don't believe you've looked into yet, other than watching the I Need U, Run + Fake love MVs, which are apart of it.

D-Day was a JOURNEY!!! Suga/Agust D/ Yoongi is a GENIUS and an ENIGMA. 💜 The whole concert was yoongi baring his damn soul. We are so privileged to be able to see his pain, his growth, his ART and his JOURNEY of letting go of things that keeps haunting him. I would like to think this was CATHARTIC for him as well. 🥹🍃 A few things, that we could clear up, 1. Yoongi was live, ofc backup vocals were on, fan recordings of the concert clears that. 2. There are two LIFE GOES ON songs, one BTS as a group (which played when all the boys were on screen together) and the second one which yoongi performed. That’s his solo song. 3. In all the previous 27 shows, yoongi left straight after the last (LAST) song. 4. for the final show, he went through a door, which could mean a couple of things, yoongi leaving his past (the good, the bad, the anger) behind, him ending the concert by leaving through the door, the cliffhanger on amygdala music video,(where we don’t know if the door opens) yoongi going through this door was an answer. leaving this chapter behind. 4. The stages were removed throughout the concert, which could very well be a symbol in itself, him opening up to people, getting closer and closer to ARMYs. ARMYs seeing his true self (not that he was ever fake, but a clearer look into MIN YOONGI.) 5. There were 3 encore concerts, day 1 — Jk performed BURN IT with suga. day 2 — jimin performed tony montana with suga day 3 was RM, which was also a circle of life moment, yoongi started this journey with RM, so FITTING. 6. SHIBALLL — means fuck (expression) that’s the whole shibal bit. Thankyou so much for this reaction! and for being on this emotional rollercoaster. I loved how you didn’t take yoongi breaking down as a bad sign, (him being unprofessional etc etc) to us it really felt like him trusting us with his emotions, letting it all out and i really appreciate that you got that too. Thank you guys for watching D-Day . I went to his concert 2 times and watch him realtime online concert 2 times (this is what he mean by Army watching online. You can buy realtime online concert ticket through Weverse). Yes he is that good and one of the best concert that I have been. The song Life goes on is a different Life goes on sings by BTS. It is a new song in his D-Day album. It is the first time in the concert he show his 7 friendship tattoo. He kept secret of where he has his tattoo for a long time , while the other members already show where they have their tattoo. And in the concert he only take Samsung HP to take the picture. He said No Iphone in one of the concert. And because of that Army buy Samsung's Phone just so that Suga will take their phone. Suga is Samsung Phone ambassador. You can see some in the concert Army who has IPhone put Samsung's cover so Suga will be fooled and take it. And when Suga saw it he was laughing.

You guys mentioned lip sync but it’s just he had really loud back track on some songs so it looks like he’s not singing he’s just not singing loud enough. U can tell when he’s singing and when he stops singing, when u pay close attention and also if ur able recognize his live voice away from the back track, me personally I can tell when he stops and takes a breather and lets the back track overcome (usually at the end of some notes/lines)

This is my favorite solo concert hands down. I love all the boys solo concerts we’ve gotten so far but this remains my favorite. This concert was so incredibly special to me and was the first concert I got to go to TWICE in Chicago since being an Army since 2019. I am a Suga, Jimin, Jin bias but I love all the boys equally. Gosh, Yoongi is just so talented, and his tour was absolutely amazing💜 Btw, this was Day 3 of his Encore Final concert, and Namjoon was part of it. On the previous two days, Jungkook and Jimin also performed with him. Jungkook performed the song "Burn It" on Day 1, and Jimin performed "Tony Montana" on Day 2. Honestly, this will always be my favorite concert ever for so many reasons. Yoongi is such a beautiful human being who has always shared his personal struggles with us through his music. However, seeing almost his entire life story unfold in a 2 hour concert is crazy. He starts off with his anger and towards the end, he ends with crying his heart out. Unlike Amygdala MV, he ends it all by finally opening the door and walking out in this concert, telling us that he’s finally healed and moved on. It’s kind of crazy how much these members have an impact on many of us individually. Bias and all that is cute (like I’m a V bias), but at the end of the day, it literally doesn’t matter. Yoongi is the member I connect to lyrically and this man gives off real pure human emotions. This concert gets me sobbing every time; damn. I love me some ot7 concerts and of course we’re ot7 all the way; but this one hits home and doesn’t even feel like a concert—it’s so much more personal because I feel like I’m just watching Yoongi’s story and connecting to it. He really does beautifully with story telling.💜 Side note: guys all 3 rappers actually have great voices and their vocals are actually underrated for real. I hope they sing more in the future.

He lived with shoulder pain in silence for nearly 8-9 years. In the docu-series Burn the Stage, he revealed that he had hidden his accident and shoulder issues not only from most of the members but even from the company. He feared that if they found out, he might be cut from the group-something that felt very possible before debut, since in the idol industry trainees are often replaced. As the years went by and the pain worsened, he eventually had to confess the truth in order to get temporary treatment. He relied on painkillers and later injections, which provided only short-term relief. Finally, after BTS's online concert during the pandemic, he made the decision to undergo surgery. He had both the time and the necessity-continuing with just injections was no longer an option. It came down to a choice: either get surgery or risk losing the full use of his shoulder, which would not only harm his career but also affect his upcoming enlistment. He openly told ARMY about his surgery and even joined on Weverse to watch a BTS performance without him. In a lighthearted moment, he joked about how the members replaced him with a snowman for a winter stage. They even dressed it up like Yoongi and had it "dance" during his part in Dynamite, with the others circling around-it was adorable. While recovering, with his arm still in a sling and attending physical therapy, he continued to go live and connect with ARMY as much as he could. He knew how much ARMY missed him, and he made sure to stay present despite everything he was going through.
