The book he is reading is a novel called Almond, about a boy who has Alexithymia, a condition that makes it difficult to recognize or express emotions due to the almond shaped amygdala not processing properly. Suga will talk about the novel a bit in a later episode. You will also see him in the caravan working on a song, but when In the Soop aired it was muted. BigHit release an the unmuted clip of Suga and Jimin discussing and listening to it after Amygdala was released.

Not saying you have ADHD, just that I think that the way your thoughts work can make the pausing technique difficult. I know the pausing thing is really hard, especially when there is so much going on. I wonder if having a dedicated pauser could be helpful (like Charlie tends to) that way when a conversation starts up, it's not relying on the talker to also pause whilst trying to keep their train of thought.

2025-08-24 23:48:20 +0000 UTCActually I saw a korean reactor talking about Jin here, it was an older man that loves fishing and he said Jin didn't have the right bait and basically they didn't do the right things to catch the type of fish that were in that place. He basically said right from the first episode that if someone doesn't help Jin with some info, he won't catch anything. Otherwise, Jin goes fishing often and for sure he catches fish, otherwise he would give up this hobby, so his perfume and stuff like that it is most likely not a reason 🙂

Jungkook usually takes on the role of assistant chef, while Hobi is the sweetest angel who tries to help whenever he can 🥹 The rest of the members are usually in charge of cleaning up. But we don't just share food or plate with a stranger, thats weird, but with friends, family, relatives and specially loved ones it's common for us and it's actually grounding. And BTS feels like their Family already, they be sharing food with the same spoon, it's okay coz they feel comfortable. - Also for me, boodle fight, by eating together from the same pile of food with our bare hands, everyone is on equal footing, fostering a sense of community and fellowship. It's culture. And no worries, I take no offense from this, it's just a normal reaction, cultural difference so no worries Seb, we love you!

JK initially is wary of Tae flipping the pajeon and asks Jin, “what if he flings it?” And Jin responds with a simple, “Then he flings it.” So who cares if we fail the first time we try something, the worst thing that could happen is we fail, but it doesn’t mean we should never try or give up. Plus we should give grace to ourselves and our loved ones when they try something new and don’t quite get it the first time 💜 Love Jin (especially when he can spout such kind words while being tipsy 😉)

And when I first heard "Don't Wake me Up," I posted on Twitter (tagged BTS and Jimin, specifically) BEGGING him to record the song for real with serious lyrics. I am dutch but part Moroccan and in Morocco it is almost standard to share for example a tajin and couscous in one big plate. And for Seb even worse: the tajin is eaten with bread and not a spoon. So everyone gets in there with their hands 😁. But part of the etiquette is that you just eat in front of you. But still....I think it would be a nightmare for Seb hihi. In big parts of the world it is however normal. What we consider normal in the West should not be considered the norm for the rest of the world. I think the differences in cultures are beautiful and I feel lucky to experience the culture of The Netherlands but also the Morroccan culture. Also funny to see your reactions to the 'skinship' between the members. Also a culture thing. We don't consider that normal between men (who are not gay/bi), but it is very normal in the Korean culture. I am completly used to it now, but I am made aware of it seeing your reactions 😂. I love your content 💜.

If you're comfortable with the people around, it shouldn't matter what others think about it. The way Charlie and Ben put, you are comfortable sharing with your girlfriend, the same way the boys are comfortable sharing food among themselves and I think that should be it, aint nothing weird about it. Maybe it's confusing to you cause you probably wont share with your friends, which is perfectly fine cause to each their own, but BTS does, so I think we shouldn't be projecting here. It is also common in Asian culture, so aint no big deal about sharing some food with you mates you have lived with almost half your life

Also, checking the timeline helps — like when ‘Rainy Days’ was mentioned, but that song wasn’t even out yet ⏳ And things like sharing food or squatting aren’t weird — they’re part of Korean culture 🇰🇷 BTS especially share everything since they’re like brothers: food, drinks, clothes, even shoes. Later, that same book became the inspiration behind "Amygdala", which he worked on during the filming of In The Soop 1. There’s even a scene where you can see him playing around with the track. He actually wrote "Amygdala" during that time—he learned about the amygdala from the book and used it as the song title. It’s amazing to realize how many songs he created during In The Soop 1. If I remember correctly, he also wrote "Telepathy" then.
