Backstory: Disaster, Emergency First Responders, or simply referred to as DEFRs, are highly trained medics and specialists deployed when disaster occurs. They are in charge of assessing the situation in real time, while moving in to secure any wounded person, and prioritizing tasks to ensure survival. Becoming a DEFR is an extremely hard and tedious process. It requires extremely advanced medical knowledge to provide care in any situation. It demands incredible strength to allow clearing debris, and digging out survivors from any predicament and moving them to safety if needed. And finally it requires advanced disaster management training not unlike military and warzone training, to allow on-the-spot decision making regardless of the situation while also maintaining accurate and efficient communication with other emergency and security personnel . DEFRs are highly respected among the population, and one of the main reason is their success rate. More precisely it is widely known that the S2EC (survival to eye contact) ratio of DEFRs in general is 98%. In other words, if you are in a car accident, building collapse, or major disaster, once you spot a DEFR, your survival is almost guaranteed. This particular DEFR, prides herself with a 99.1% S2EC ratio.
