NEW EPISODE: How Football Manager helped a real-life goalkeeper score for his country
Added 2019-02-21 14:47:59 +0000 UTCI've fancied doing an episode on Football Manager for a while now. There are loads of brilliant stories about how that game gets made and the crossover it has with football in the real world.
But you've got to wait for the right one, you know? And so when we heard about how a goalkeeper called Kai McKenzie-Lyle ended up getting called up to play for his country thanks, in part, to the game... that certainly piqued our interest.
And then, it turns out, he scored a header in the last minute of the game.
