Announcment: Chapter Delay

That is to say, we have a major defense that we're trying to reach the deadline for, and that's cut in to my writing for the past few weeks. Unfortunately, this does mean that I'll have too postpone this week's chapter to next week, which, as always will include this week's chapter and next week's.
